this subway tried to pretend that my order did not exist so that i could not get the soda that i ordered on the online app that their Doordasher did not pick up or get me after i told her that it wasn't there. the store did not tell her that there was a drink. i wasted my time, money, and gas driving to the store to pick up the drink from the order that they pretended not to have after i answered all the questions asked of me, gave the time of the order, and gave the order number of. this store consistently gives less food on your sandwhich and charges every little upcharge it can. its staff is unable to speak fluent english, which isnt an issue if they can do their job, but stuff gets missed constantly. this store is not a good subway to go to if you want quality service or to truly "eat fresh"

Almost no meat on my steak and cheese sandwich…seriously only about 2 tablespoons, and I ordered and paid for extra meat. I’ll never patronize this subway again.

I have Never left this place a happy Customer! And I have only been there a handful of times! Hoping the next trip is better then the last! (Wishful thinking) If it isn't rude service, it's the sorry subs they make you and over charge u for! They Pile on lettuce and u barely get any meat! One time I went in and there was 3 lady's working, yet still got bad service being they wanted to gossip with one another more then listening to what the customer wanted on there sub n then get a attitude with the customer because they repeated themselves louder for one to hear them! The next time and last time I went inn, after ordering my food online this time...there was literally one person working the whole store. Don't know how that works!! Smh but they were even worth being called a sub! It was bread and vegetables! Got a 3 meat sub and only got one meat! Steak subs are not cheap and there was hardly any meat at all! Not worth the money at all! Hope u all get better running that place soon! Has anyone else experience these things?
