Went to have dinner on February 15 with my husband and kids… poor service… and on top of that they charge me double!!! Very DISHONEST people!!! Tried to pay with a prepaid card and they said it was declined but they charged me $69.57 on that one then I paid with my debit card $69.57 + $12.52 tip. Didn’t notice they charge double until few days later. Call them a couple of times trying to get my $69.57 back but they refuse to reimburse!!! Then tried to cancel the $89.09 transaction which the bank denied because they refuse to accept their mistake. Put transactions photos for reference! Be careful when they say your card has been declined!

It's the first time I went there, the food was very delicious but the attention and the cashier treated us very badly for not leaving the complete tip that I was missing about 2 dollars. They told me that in that store it is MANDATORY to leave the complete tip (amount that they put ) and that simply if he didn't have the full amount, he shouldn't go out to eat anywhere, he told us that, among other very horrible things, which I have recorded. And he also told us not to eat there again, and he threw all the money in the table

We loved the service and the food, except that to save time I got up from the table to order salteñas to take away and when I returned they took my half-eaten plate away, they are supposed to ask before removing a service…

The food is delicious, the service is good. It's a shame that the cashier is a despot with no grace to serve, thank goodness he's not a waiter otherwise the restaurant would go bankrupt.

The place has great food that is unlike anywhere else. We try and stop in a few times of year. Options can be served as a breakfast, brunch or dinner. Highly recommend. The silpancha is our go to but everything always looks great.

I was just driving by and decided to stop in for breakfast. They were not yet open for customers but Tony allowed me to order to go. Based on his recommendations, I ordered saltenas de pollo and saltenadls de carne. Wow! What a delight! These guy know how to get to your palate. Would go again.
This place was busy, I have real mixed feelings about it.There are just way too many many menu items and it’s overwhelming honestly. What I got was a huge portion that was ok. Nothing to write home about. They also don’t know if they offer waitress service or order and wait for your food.I was just confused in all fairness. The place could be a gem if they focused on 20 or 30 of their most popular items!Had table service and were good!I would go back but I wouldn’t make a special trip.

Disappointing Experience at Betty's Grill: A Bolivian Restaurant ReviewI recently dined at Betty's Grill, a Bolivian restaurant in my area, hoping to support my fellow Bolivians and indulge in some authentic cuisine. However, my experience left much to be desired.Let's start with the service, which was consistently poor throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of hospitality and warmth. The staff seemed disinterested and did not make an effort to make me feel welcome. It's disappointing when the service falls short, especially when you want to show support for your own community. While the food at Betty's Grill was decent, it certainly could have been better. One major issue was the lack of attention to quality control. It seemed like they didn't care about maintaining high standards when it came to their dishes. Additionally, the pricing was not consistent with what you would expect for this type of cuisine, making it feel overpriced. The owner of the restaurant appeared to be neglectful in ensuring customer satisfaction. The cleanliness of the establishment was concerning, as they didn't properly clean the tables, merely wiping them with a dirty rug. Witnessing bugs crawling on my bread was particularly unsettling. What further added to my disappointment was the staff's response to complaints. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing the issues, they were quick to make excuses. This lack of accountability only exacerbated the already poor experience. The majority of the servers had a negative attitude, making interactions uncomfortable and even discouraging me from seeking their assistance. In conclusion, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend Betty's Grill unless you have a strong yearning for Bolivian cuisine and are willing to overlook subpar service and cleanliness. The restaurant is overpriced, comparable to upscale steakhouses but without the quality or ambiance. For a better dining experience, I would suggest exploring other options in the area.Remember, this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have different perspectives.

Genuine Bolivian restaurant! The kind of restaurant and food that can only be found in Virginia, home of a large Bolivian community. Enjoy!
