i’ve never been to bonchon before, it wasn’t bad. i got the soy garlic bone in wings and the chicken katsu. I felt like the chicken katsu was a bit overcooked but maybe that’s how it’s made. Everything was tasty and the service was great! Their spicy mayo is delicious as well. I will be coming

This is my local Bonchon, so my family gets takeout from this location a few times a year. Something has changed recently with either their chicken wing recipe or the way they prepare them. First off, the wings are SO MUCH smaller - but that’s not really a big deal for me. The big issue is the breading/coating (or lack thereof) is completely different than the traditional Bonchon wings we are all used to. The crispy/cakey batter coating and juiciness of the wing has been changed to a dry, almost non-battered wing that looks and tastes like any wing you would get from a typical Buffalo wing restaurant. I wonder when they made this change, or was this just a one-off issue on my last order - which was 48 wings and all of them had the same issue. Bring back the traditional Bonchon wings that made the restaurant great in the first place!

(Went to get Korean fried chicken from this place many times and they always consistent in term of price and quality of the chicken wings. This is the best bonchon restaurant in franchise let me tell y’all that) and that use to be when this place was run by nice Korean senior couple. Presently it’s the worst Korean fried chicken in the franchise. Let’s talk about the flavor of the Chicken wings, they were flavored less and I ordered spicy wings. They were not even spicy and not crispy at all which I used to always order carry out before and when I got back home the chickens were still crunchy but not anymore. Never go back to this place again and that makes me miss the previous owner. They always kept the quality of the wings the same all the time in term of flavor and crunchiness. So disappointing

Ordered online had 32 wings two large fries extra sauce and bulgogi fried rice. Everything was mediocre, the portions of the fires was half of what other Bon Chon locations give out literally 13 fries for $6 is crazy even the spicy mayo was filled half way or less. The biggest disappointment was the bulgogi fried rice it was basically just fried rice there was more bell pepper than meat. I recommend going to other Bon Chon stores even if it is further away. Trust.

The food is super tasty, but it is expensive and very little food, I spent 31 dollars for the super small wings. Other restaurants give super large wings but here they went too small. The rice was tasty but the container weighed more than what was inside last time I bought there. .

I love this place, i’ve been coming here with my mom every once in a while for the past 7-8 years.We order the Combo Wings and Drums half and half, it’s the best K fried chicken in loudoun.
You all suck we placed an order got charged then the order all of a sudden got replaced then again cancelled but we were charged both times and instantly the money is taken out but we have to wait 4 days to get OUR MONEY BACK I will never order from here again and I will spread the word that y'all suck and are scammers

Food was great and portions as well. Prices are ok but every place now has higher then normal rates. Lots of sitting space and looked clean from my view. Maybe add more TVs or music to add some pep to the atmosphere. The spicy sauce has some good heat and kick. I would go back here for sure.

The bulgogi bibimbap in sizzling hot bowl is so good - full or vegetables, steak, crunchy rice. The draught beer is fresh. Wings are amazing. Service is excellent. So happy Bon Chon survived the pandemic.Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible, seating is all open tables.
