They had 4 levels of hot sauce: 1 star 2 star 3 star and torrent. If you like super spicy, then perhaps this place might not suit your taste. I'd say anyone can handle a 3 star. For me, it was super mild. The spiciness gap between 3 and torrent was huge, but I could easily handle it. I think I could have eaten the whole basket of 10 if it wasn't for the 3 other flavors we got.
10/10 better alternative to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wingstop. The wing flavors are fun and creative (get the sweet and Smokey bbq!!) also the old bay tots with hot honey are chefs kiss. So perfectly crispy and the sweet and savory flavor profile is unique/ to die for. Also liked the beer selection, it had a better selection of ciders and local beer than you'd see at BWW.

I've been coming to the wing factory for the last 15 years, starting when I was in high school with my friends for all you can eat Thursdays. Things have definitley changed over the years and the prices have increased, but the quality/atmosphere has also improved up which justifies the cost. They hands down have the best sauces of any wing places I've been to (their honey mustard, peppery parmesan, and tariyaki being my favorites). They also have great appetizers, particularly their Buffalo chicken dip.

Worst service, Didn't want to own up that it was thier fault that food didn't get to them through online . Havey set lady didn't even apologize.The Lady excuse was she didn't work Saturday. If she just said I apologize and we will get started with the order . We ordered online 1/2 hr before we even got there ,and you just want to drop the order now SMH ?

Wings are tasty, crispy, and juicy. Sauces were good. If you are into spice, order a level up. We ordered Hot and it was a Texas medium. The Caribbean wings were very tasty but not very hot (spicy). Great service by Justice!

Justice was absolutely amazing! The food was perfect! I highly recommend! Only thing I would change is the spicyness of the dishes. It said HOT but it definitely wasn't BUT the flavor was absolutely all there! So again! Highly recommend!

We love this place and come here often. The menu is tasty and creative, the staff exceptional and the atmosphere is fun. They run specials on different days/nights but the regular prices are a bit too high for the portion sizes. Customer service is responsive and they clearly care about the business. Overall, this is a great place to come for good food and drink and a great time!
Good wing spot for takeout or watching a game. Service can be a bit slow, but games are long so you have time ? love the peppery parm ? and the loaded fries are solid too.

It truly bums me to write this review. This place was my lunchtime “go to” for years and was great. But in the past 6 months, they’ve nosedived. The last 4 takeout orders (including the most recent online order) all took 30 minutes+ longer than they said it would. And in this most recent order, the buffalo chicken cutlet on their sandwich had been so over-fried, that it was the consistency of shoe leather, couldn’t be bitten through (and tasted bitter from over-cooking) so I had to toss it.I loved this place - but it’s definitely showing signs of being on its last legs. Truly a shame.The manager is very nice - this review in no way should imply the service isn’t friendly; but the chronic slowness and food quality have become huge issues.

I ordered wings (duh) they were really good with the sauces I chose. I believe our server was Randy and he was on the ball and very nice. He recommended several things and some of his favorite items that he liked. The wing were a really good size as well. The ambiance was nice with a full bar and tv's playing sports. I do wish the tv's were bigger, but the placement of them was really good. Definitely going back, food good and service was amazing.

We arrived at 1:40 on a Sunday afternoon. We did have a group of 11, but other than us there was a party of 2 at the bar who were already eating and then a party of 4 who were waiting on their food. When we placed our drink orders 1 person asked for an appetizer. Once our drinks were delivered we placed our meal orders along with a second appetizer. At 2:37, the first appetizer was delivered. The manager came over as we were struggling to understand why it was taking ao long as the table of 4 had already received their food, and there was now a table of 3 and a table of 1 also waiting on their food. All we got was a sorry. Some our food finally came out 15 mins later along with rhe table top of 3s food that came in quite a bit after us. Yet we had 2 people that had to wait still for theirs to come out. The one person that ordered the appetizer had their meal delivered had to wait an extra 10 mins for their appetizer. Again, folks who came in after us were getting their food the same time as us and in some cases before folks at our table. While we were walking out we overheard them complaining that it was our fault for coming in with a large party. The place was basically empty when we got there!!! The manager knowing they were short staffed should have assisted the cook instead if defelcting the blame. We will not be back.
