On 3/4/23, I met some of my employees here to treat them to lunch. There was five of us in total. As we sat down we noticed the tables, benches and chairs were dirty, sticky and stained. The table tops and benches have little to no coating left. Moisture, stains and food are just getting worked in to the furniture. After seeing this, I only paid for two of my employees. And they got their food to go. I didn't even get a chance to taste the food. The filthy and sticky furniture was all I needed to see.

Got in line with my wife to order, and waited for the man to come ask for our orders. He kept wandering around from the register to the food repeatedly; a couple minutes have gone by and we’ve moved up towards the meat area, and another couple has gotten in line behind us by now. Finally the cava employee goes up to them and asks them for their order. I interjected and asked why he hasn’t taken our order yet, we’re obviously first in line. “You have to be standing right here where the bowls are to place an order” was his response. Unbelievable. I told him we’ve been waiting for over 5mins (empty line), and we just left immediately. Not worth taking any frustration out on the employee publicly, but extremely dissatisfied with this specific employee.
They were so nice to open their doors early for me today. Thank you guys. Great Customer Service!

Went in on Sunday morning and it was a great start to my day due to the fantastic customer service from Hila! She was very generous and was patient because it was my first time at Cava and was trying to figure out how to order, she even gave me a few suggestions of her favorite things there.
