Ever thought you'd be asked for a tip before you can even eat anything at a $12 breakfast bar? You don't have a waiter or anything either.

The standard free hotel breakfast, cooked as badly as possible, and $16. Don't waste your money.

Attended a conference in the hotel. Stayed for 2 days. Good nice and clean hotel. Courteous staff. Finding a parking spot close was a hassle, may be because of the conference a lot of people were there.

While the breakfast buffet is almost the same as you will find in most Holiday Inn, what I really liked was the unique well made egg/ Omelette which gave the restaurant its own special flavour. Was disappinted to see that they had stopped this.

I just coordinated a State-Level Conference event for my organization - Civil Air Patrol - and EVERYONE at the hotel made the event as successful as it could be! Karla and Regina were wonderful to work with in setting up everything, the Kitchen Management and waitstaff were excellent in their timing and meeting the specifications we set forth. The venue is BEAUTIFUL - newly remodeled / updated, and the lobby are is very open and inviting, with lots of natural lighting. The Hospitality folks at the desk were friendly and professional, and everyone at the hotel was willing to work with us to meet our needs, and showed great professionalism and flexibility when we had a couple "last minute" things that cropped up..... I give this a 10 of 10, and would DEFINITELY hold another event here - and recommend you consider it for your event!!

We had an amazing time with our nieces graduation and went perfect. The staff was very attentive. The food was perfect and the rooms were wonderful. You get a lot for your money at this updated hotel. I have written over 200 reviews and it's one of the best of the best.

Our family used to go to Chantilly's years ago for Mother's Day as they had a wonderful brunch with Mimosas (which my Wife enjoys). The last several years with more extended family we celebrated M/D at other venues. This year we were excited to find Chantilly's having the brunch again and eagerly made reservations. The call taker was very friendly and gave us a rundown of the brunch menu, professing to have more than listed on the advertisement. We specifically asked and were told there would also be pancakes and waffles available. We inquired about the "Snow Crab Leg" bar and were told it was AYCE for $10 extra. Well although the food we ate was fairly good (would have given 4 stars), the advertisement and described brunch menu by the call taker was less than truthful, and very misleading. The brunch options were few in the breakfast category, with just made-to-order omelets, sausage gravy and French toast, NO waffles or pancakes. The advertised menu listed Southern Fried Chicken, but there wasn't any. The "Snow Crab Leg" bar did not exist either. This was very disturbing as what was present was peel and eat shrimp and Stone crab claws. How does a restaurant not know the difference between Snow Crab legs and Stone Crab claws? There was a sign in front of the serving tray (not a bar) that contained the Stone Crab claws that read, "Snow Crab Legs". I even asked the food servers where the Snow Crab legs were and was pointed to the crab claws. I tried to explain the difference to them, but received a blank stare and ignored. Very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we chose this M/D brunch and were hoping to enjoy eating our share of the crab legs. Very concerning as I'm not sure if the food staff really does not know the difference in these completely different seafood items, or the restaurants was using false advertisement to elicit more business. When we asked the waitress about the waffles and pancakes, a manager came over and told us that because they had pastries there were no waffles or pancakes. (?) Although the advertisement menu made it seem like deserts would be plenty, the actual options were few. Small tastes of various, who knows what they were, lined a 2 ft x 4 ft table. An Ice Cream "bar" provided the option of extremely melted strawberry or chocolate goo. The Mimosas were per-poured and displayed on a table with various fruit choices to compliment the drink. It was obvious there was very little champagne in the Mimosas and no one regulating the age of the recipient, which questions if actual champagne was in the drink at all. The price ($30 for Adults) would seem very good for a M/D Brunch in this day in age, especially with Mimosas, but with the issues we had, that is up for debate. On a more favorable note, the wait staff was friendly and attentive.

Rooms are nice, but we went with a 8 youth sports teams with over 100 rooms from our organization. We were not allowed to conjugate in any of the common areas at any time or given any options the hang out. Would not recommend to any groups. We go as a group 4-5 times a year and have never had as bad of a experience as this.
