the heavy set women working at the register was very bad taking my order, i told her multiple times my right order and she wept getting it wrong and making me pay more then once, i don’t recommend her working there.

I chose the lowest rating possible for many reasons, first I was served with lots of attitude, also the stench of the cheese was unbarble. The difference between the gourmet fries was just adding bacon on the cheese fries. DIdn't even try to make them good at all. Lastly me and both of my friends stomachs were very upset after eating those fries.

I ordered 40 dollars worth of food, and they didn't even include 1 sauce. I paid for a ranch on the side for my large fries, and they gave me a table spoon worth of the ranch in the smallest container ever. Also, never get large fries from here. They give the same amount as the small fries just in a bigger container. This location is always disappointing. I will never come here again, and I advise you to go to their other locations.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I usually don't write reviews, however, the gentleman at the counter (short Hispanic male) who was working at around 2:30 ish PM on May 14th 23 at Dulles Town Center food court, was being extremely annoying and sleazy, he refused to give us our order and then proclaimed it was a joke in an attempt be funny. He also kept making provocative remarks. There was also a female worker working alongside him who had great service, however, this guy needs to go.

Definitely the best sandwich ever made. They always make it as it defines in the picture..love their customer service and very professional.. been eating there for over 14 years..????Vegetarian options: It would be nice if they had a separate pan to grill the vegetarian food so there is no mix of any meat in the same grill. Otherwise its all good

Disappointed with the service. Just ordered on app and pick it up. I didn't realize they made a mistake until I got home. I paid $11.99 for large size Philly cheese steak, but I got a half sized one which is worth $6.99. Called them back right away, but no one answered the phone. Too exhausted to go back, lost the appetite, so disappointed with the service!

I don’t like Charley’s meat. Didn’t have enough meat, I was not satisfied with it. Meat was too dry. I like my meat wet. I found hair in it. I don’t like hairy meat. Don’t eat Charley’s meat.
