So I’m in town traveling. I always go to a Cracker Barrel of a city I’m in has one. It’s my favorite restaurant and I recommend hundreds of thousands of people on my social media account. I called the location a couple days ago and asked if I can use their lot for my camper. They let me know where to park and gave my number. I had breakfast there that day and dinner. Woke up in camper and in the morning had breakfast there again. Called in the evening and this time a girl told me her manager said no! I’m sorry but is there a good manager and a bad one? My favorite restaurant Cracker Barrel that I go to the brand maybe 100 days out of the year will be a place I will no longer go to. I will be calling corporate and I will be posting a video on my social media asking others to not support that brand. Terrible. I spent my breakfast and dinner there one day and breakfast the next to no longer be valued over a manger who doesn’t care about customer loyalty. What a shame!
The food and atmosphere is amazing, our server felt like she had better things to do but she was ok.

Definitely not given what it’s suppose to give!! Service was horrible no napkins when they give you silverware took 15mins after food to be delivered to come check-in, at that time I was ready for the check. Blueberry pancakes taste like there was a lot of cross-contamination( tasted like other food had been cooked in the same butter or grease.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible
Had lunch with a friend catching up. We were there a while, no rushing. Everything was great!

Zero Stars Racial discriminated on 4/12/24. My 2 coworkers and I visit this location and was treated poorly by host Gabbey. They seated us in a section “dining Room 2” by ourselves away from all other customers. I asked for manager to bring to his attention that it didnt look good that We were seated far away from the other customers when clearly there were open seats available in Dining room 1. AJ was the manager on duty at that time and he was very apologetic and acknowleged how it appeared. He mentioned that he was wondering as well why were we placed in section alone when clearly there were seats available. Gabbey’s reasoning was because there were no clean tables. We watched another party of 3 come in and was seated in Dining room 1 without a problem. It was clear that we were the only African American customers and majority of customers were caucasian. We decided to leave without ordering. This was a horrible experience and I will never return to any of your locations They even went as far as giving us The African American Waitor.. Hope no one have to experience what we encountered.I pray this world becomes a better place and we can all be treated equally, Blessings to you all ??Parking: Store number 704 horrible

I started an online order for the Friday Fish Fry just minutes ago only to see my order would not process because the fish fry meals "does not belong to the selected location." The selected location being the Sterling location. Are you really serious? First of all, if its not prices going up sky high its the smaller and smaller portion sizes and cheaper ingredients. I'll stick with Long John Silvers or Captain D's which is quite sad.

I have been to Cracker Barrel twice in the last 24 hours-once for dinner and again for breakfast. Each meal was wonderful.The servers were very attentive. The meals were hot , ample and delicious. And as we left, we browsed through your wonderful store. Two great meals!!!
