0!!!! I waited in here for 30 minutes for a SMALL Italian sandwhich and when I got it it wasn’t even made properly.. I ended up taking it back and let him know he didn’t give me the right sandwich and I needed to pay for what I was missing. At that point y’all can have the sandwhich GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! The guy there was RUDE and the sandwhich looked TERRIBLE! GO TO JERSEY MIKES!

Well, I tried 5 times to call, once we were hung up on. We were trying to call you to let you know that the milk you sent with our kids meals is over 2 weeks expired and you may want to check it in the cooler. We was just trying to give you a heads up. Thanks for not answering the phone and sending us to your full voicemail box. Didn't want to have to to notify this way. Oh, and the food was incredibly sloppy and the soup was upside down in the bag and leaked all over our kids sandwich's. Good thing there is another firehouse subs in the clock tower not far away and a jersey mikes around the corner. That was a waste of 85.00 with delivery fees. Also, after reading all the other negative comments about this place, i don't need fluff from the guest services doing nothing to fix the problem or offer a resolution. Not one person was offered anything, just bunch of fluff letting "management " know. Obviously they are part of the problem or they wouldn't continue to get shitty ratings. 2.5 stars? After reading these y'all should be shut down. I never yelp. Love firehouse subs and support their mission all day, but this location is awful.

Ordered, everyone in front of us got their food first. It took 30 minutes, staff was rude when I asked for updates about my order. Skip this location.!

Went to order a steak and cheese sub and asked specifically for no onions or peppers and still received a sandwich with one, when I asked them to remake it the cashier had the biggest attitude in the world over a simple sandwich. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just make the moment right for the customer. Never going to this location again.

12 minutes to make 1 sandwich. Only person in line. No one started it for 7 minutes till I got ready to ask for a refund. Same sandwich at subway for 1/2 the price and in 2 minutes. Not coming back here again!

The soda machine was out of everything and we asked to get it checked and no one did anything. 2 sandwiches took like 30 min

They don't answer the phone, no matter if you call five times or 50. The employees would rather not work than make customers happy. No one would answer the phone so I had to place a pick up order online. I scheduled it for "ASAP" and when checking out it showed that it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. Then, as soon as I paid it says my order will be ready to pick up tomorrow at 11am. I tried calling the store again to see if they were making it tonight or if it truly got bumped until tomorrow but no answer, again. So now I'm trying to cancel the order and get refunded but there's no way to do that online and no one who can help me from the store. Failing to receive any kind of service from this place. I guess I should just expect less from here. 0/5 stars.Hopefully I can hear from the management team! But I doubt that.

I ordered a Italian, it was great with plenty of cheese and meat, and lots of flavor, but why on earth does it take 30 minutes to make a single sandwich? The service here is extremely slow. It should not take half an hour to put together a sandwich and toast it. The restroom was not clean either. Most likely won't be returning to this location again.

Ordered ahead today.. asked for no mayo and added mushrooms! Didn’t receive either! Paid extra tho!Have been there multiple times and always waited at least 20+ minutes for two subs!
