A friend of mine and I decided to come have a late night dinner here. As soon as we walked and we saw so many empty tables and chairs, yet the front desk man said we were gonna have to sit and wait. We then politely asked what is the reason, and he raise our voice at us, and said don’t have enough people and walked off. It took us35 minutes for food, even though it was not that populated as it was 4 AM. The food was all right. Since the previous bad service, we did not decide to leave a tip. We were shocked as we were leaving because the waiter kept asking us “No tip? No tip?” By far the most unprofessional dine in experience I’ve ever had.

As we waited to be seated, a family in front of us got blatantly ignored by all of the wait staff for over 30 minutes.. until they eventually just walked out.. we were sat with a view of the kitchen and watched the kitchen staff pump orders out extremely quickly, only to have them sit in the window for over 30-40 minutes.. at one point it looked like the entire restaurants orders were ready but no waitstaff seemed at all worried to bring the food out.. it was honestly comical to watch.. would never go back but what an experience ?

Absolutely Terrible. Went there for dine in and we were waiting to be seated for about 30 minutes. All the employees had made eye contact with us and we kindly asked to be seated but they just ignored us and pretended not to hear us. We even had to call them from across the restaurant and one again they heard us and made eye contact but ignored us. So we decided to leave and as soon as we left they came to seat the people behind us because we are Muslim. Complete racism.

Great Food. Server was very attentive and got our food out quickly.
My fiancé and I went to this location for dinner. Our server had a bad attitude. She seemed to be bored or annoyed. We even had to ask her about a promo going on because she didn’t care to mention it to us. Then, they sat down a family behind us. The kid was being so loud and throwing french fries to us. They didn’t care at all. When we were about to pay, we did it at the entrance. Our server came to us to help us pay. She handed us the recipe and she asked us “Did you leave my tip at the table?” With a passive aggressive tone. Since when are customers being asked for tip before leaving?. I thought tipping was optional. We were going to leave her a tip, but the way she asked us straight to our face and her tone…We understand she is pregnant and probably exhausted from being on her feet all day long, but she shouldn’t be demanding a tip. She ended up running our night:).

My son did not know school was canceled the other day and got ready for me to take him to school. Instead of school we went to IHOP. He was super surprised! It's one of his favorite places! Good choices of breakfast food always hot and delicious.
