My son & I decided to have lunch here @ 1pm today. We opened the front door and 2 or 3 chairs were randomly sitting in the entryway - pretty strange! The hostess station was empty. Nobody was there to greet us. We saw a waitress in the distance whiz by and go into the kitchen, but she didn’t acknowledge us. After waiting for about 5 minutes, we decided to leave. It was a very awkward experience!! I’ve never had this sort of experience at any IHOP restaurant.

It's definitely a breakfast place... I tried the chicken and waffles, only to be brought way over-breaded chicken and no waffle. Some 10 minutes later, a waffles does arive, but not quite the chicken and waffles experience I hoped for. Others' food was ok, but nothing to write home about.

Took my girl for Valentine's Day in the morning to this location since we had just moved; long story short, it was only in and out visit, we got bad vibes from the beginning so decided to drive 20 minutes and came to the Ashburn location, very nice, polite and good food.

Good food as always. But I believe they were a bit understaffed on the evening I went there resulting in slower service. There were only 2 working the front that night and one of them seemed to be focused on carry out. Otherwise, I've have good experiences at this location.

Out of town on business, I visited this IHop several times. But today was the second and last time that I have walked out because “NOBODY CAME TO TAKE MY ORDER”. I was looked in the eye by a couple of employees who immediately looked away. I had to wave do a kitchen staff member to even be acknowledged. Money spends everywhere. Even though the food was good, “Service is Everything”. Done with the entire chain.

We walked in, and we were meeting by someone who was friendly and sat us right away. First thing we noticed that it was pretty cold in there. We left our winter jackets on. I ordered the egg Benedict and it was not good. The english muffin was raw. It wasn't toasted at all. I ate one and it was all I could stomach. It was just too soggy. The waitress did offer me to get me another one but I declined. The waitres wasn't really friendly but she didn't find job. Nothing exceptional. I don't think I'll eat there again.
