I recently bought my DREAM machine from Italian Bean Delight.(Bezzera Duo) They were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to walk me through the setup/maintenance schedule for the machine.It's easy to go down the rabbit hole of misinformation and opinions on espresso. Andreas' years of experience simplified a lot of things for me and I'm consistently pulling the best shots I've ever tasted.My local roasters should be sponsoring them because I'm spending all of my money on beans now...

I bought my Breville oracle from here.The machine works %100 as it should,They send me an extra water tester and coffee beans as a gift, the company manager walk me throw the prosees of dialing a expresó cup the correct way, I’m happy with my machine , very good value for the moneyThanks

I bought a BZ16DE espresso machine. I was a little bit skeptical because there are not too many reviews of this company. Also, on google it says they are located in VA on their homepage it says FL. Confusing. But I gave it a shot.The delivery started in VA came by FedEx ground and took 8 days. I had to pay extra $100 for shipment. When it finally arrived: the machine was not working. Like nothing at all. I was able to get a hold of customer service quite fast, and they connected me with their technical support. The guy I spoke with ensured me that he himself had checked the machine before it was packaged. He guessed that probably a cable/connection slipped off. He told me to return it, they will check it out, and then send back. That would have been at least 3 additional weeks, and I was very eager to have my espresso machine. I asked whether I was allowed to open the machine. He encouraged me to do so, and actually was on the phone guiding meThrough the process. I indeed found a loose cable, and was able to fix it. The company send me one bag of espresso beans, which was nice.Few weeks later I realized that the espresso machine is dripping water. Call their technical support again. And I can fix the machine again. They promised another bag of espresso beans, which hasn’t arrived yet (after 1 month).Overall, of course I should have gotten a machine that wouldn’t have any issues. That’s why they don’t get five stars. Technical support was quite good. A bit slow sometimes. And considering that I have fixed the machine twice and saved the company so much money and time…. And only have gotten one bag of espresso beans. Well, four stars is realistic.Update July 8, 2022: the espresso machine has now had multiple problems. Technical support is failing more and more and basically not responding any more. I had a leaky connection in the milk steamer pipe. Technical support did NOT help. I was able to fix it myself watching a few YouTube videos. Now the hot water outlet is dripping like cray. We only use it when guests want tea. Since purchase, we haven’t used it more than five times. Technical support is again NOT helping. I haven’t found a YouTube video to guide. So, I am left with a dripping espresso machine from Italian Bean Delight without customer service. Therefore, I change my overall rating to the minimum possible: one star! The one star is for an espresso machine that keeps falling apart AND the lack of customer support. As of now, I can’t recommend this company!I will keep updating my review!

I bought my espresso machine from Italian bean delight about a month ago now. When buying something as expensive and complex as an espresso machine - it is invaluable to go local, so if the machine needs service that cannot be done by myself I can bring it in. Further, the specifics of my machine, Bezzera Mittica PID, were explained to me. I highly recommend checking them out.
