Really splendid atmosphere. Good hardworking folks that hang out and have that old fashioned American meal with friends and family. The people are friendlier, the staff is friendly.

One star is too good for this restaurant. Not our Joe's! For years we have gone to Joe's for Sunday lunch/brunch. When management changed the service was so poor we went somewhere else for several months. Fast forward and we returned to Joe's yesterday morning. Yet another change in management. What gives? Our clue should have been there was only one other party in the restaurant when we arrived. It used to be pleasantly crowded on a Sunday. After they left we were the only party in the restaurant except for one couple who had come in, ate in a hurry and left. No one else came in during what would be prime lunch/brunch time. The first person in our party ordered waffles and pork bacon (rather than turkey bacon). The waitress curtly told her "we don't have pork bacon." Thinking they were simply out of it she then asked for pork sausage and the reply was "we don't have pork sausage." Also "no" to scrapple. When asked if they served pork anything the answer was "no." So waffles it was and the server was asked if the syrup could be warmed up and the answer was "of course." However, when the waffles came, two little plastic tubs of syrup were literally thrown on the table so hard they rolled across the table. The second person in our party ordered blueberry pancakes. He said they were the first "tough and chewy" pancakes he had ever had. He was going to order breakfast meat but said he thought better of it.The third person ordered corned beef hash and eggs over hard. The eggs came out swimming in grease and with blackened edges from being cooked on a dirty grill (as opposed to over cooking). The corn beef hash was mush, the consistency of Cream of Wheat with teensy cubes of potatoes and the serving size was a third of what it used to be. Upon trying it she said it tasted dusty and grainy and no amount of ketchup could save it.The food is seriously overpriced for its quality and quantity. We had all ordered drinks which were never voluntarily refilled. In fact, we had to interrupt the server who was sitting playing on her phone to get one coffee refill. On the way out the owner, the server, and what appeared to be the one person working in the kitchen were clustered around the cash register as we walked by them. No good by, no come again, no thank you.Well, here is our good by and we will NEVER come again.

Ordered online a steak and cheese sub with extra meat, cooked onion, mushrooms, mayo and lettuce. It arrived in about 15 minutes of placing order. That was great. The sub itself was mid. The onions were slightly cooked but still raw. If they gave extra meat I would hate to see what it looks like without extra meat. It was warm but oddly very sweet tasting, not savory at all. Could just be my tastebuds or the onions. It's ok but not great. Also ordered cheesecake and just so you know it comes in a sealed bag. Ordered it for my son who has not tried it yet so it may taste great. Maybe will try again.

I heard there is new management now and decided to try the pizza. I got a half and half pizza meal lovers and the second half anchovies, spinach, mushrooms and black olives. Very happy with quality and the taste of the food! Next time will def try something different.

I ordered 2 large pizza's, 10 wings and fries for delivery. Came in less than 20 minutes. Food was still very hot and fresh. The pizza is like no other in the area, definitely recommend 10/10. The chicken wings are even better! My personal favorite.
