Terrible attention, I ordered to pick up at 8. To pick up at 9.10 I arrived and they just saw the order. They told me that they were going to close and on top of that they only had crispi because they closed early and it was just 9.10. The owner of this franchise. Train this staff not to waste your money on these people. Not recommended place. Go to another KFC you will have a terrible experience.

The Who taste like salt and if I wanted a bucket of salt and gray chicken I would have done it from Safeway I wasted my money time and effort on the workers that only have one cashier and no one really speaks English here either truly

I'm mainly giving it a one star due to one of your managers, I got her name and her name is orfa, one of the most rudest managers that also yells at customers. She looks old like she should be retired now because she can't keep up in a fast food place.

Food is great, but employees are terrible. Sat at register for exactly 6 minutes and no cashier. Right in back of me, there is an employee sitting at a table playing with her phone. I ask her, is there a cashier who will take my order? She says "I'm the cashier but I'm on break, so you'll have to wait!" I walked out. The night crew here is the worst.
