Seemed like a family run restaurant and were kind and friendly. Resturant could have been cleaner. The food was outstanding had a half of chicken, macaroni salad and green beans. Great homemade recipe for the green beans. I will return! Thank you!!!

Bad experienceI take a chicken sandwich, it wast unflavored and to dry,and I ask for yuca instead of French fries, the guy talk me that is extra $, we can't change the fries for the yuca and the final I have go to the line again.The shorty guy is not appropriate for that job.

I went to King Pollo and the chicken did NOT taste like real peruvian chicken, the chicken was dry, and not juicy. The salad and Yucca was okay nothing special. They have the worst mac and cheese in Sterling, the mac & cheese was covered in mustard, NO cheese and was floating in a pool of oil. It was more oil than mac. The service was okay and the place was visibly dirty and sticky. Overall will not be going back again.

Bad customer service, the owner try to humiliated me I'm front of other customers when I for a little of of hot sauce. It's free everywhere you go, she said "no, that's only for dine in" she yelled the whole time. I'm not coming back!!! The owner sold me tortillas that she doesn't know how to make.

Im regular customer today there was cleaning I asked the lady can I use the restroom and she says no it is for customers only, while Im there to have lunch. It was seriously rude, first it is not right to stop anyone using restaurant restrooms coz it is public place, second it is health department regulation you cannot deny water and restroom to anyone. Even though their food suck, but I used to go there from today NO MORE. I rather eat fast food but spend my money in a place where no respect to human.
