This place is a wonderful hole in the wall spot. The food here is freshly made and served hot. The pupusas are filled with delicious cheese and are not greasy. The tacos are made with handmade tortillas and server on plates that hold the tacos in shape! The meat in the tacos is flavorful and juicy.

My first time here. I ordered online for pickup 20 minutes before I got there and still waited close to 10 minutes when I got there. My pupusa smelled a little burnt, it was ok, but im upset that it didn’t come with curtido or anything else that usually comes with a pupusa. I may only come back here for their horchata, which was pretty good

I was craving Carne Asada. I was not disappointed. Huge portions and the rice was amazing, the best rice I’ve ever had. I will definitely order from La Promesa again. Next time I’ll eat there instead of Door Dash. I didn’t realize it was so close to my house. Also had a chicken taco on corn tortilla. So good. Definitely recommend to everyone. I normally don’t eat big meals, but I ate everything. Can’t wait to try more food from there.
