Hours are inaccurate. I went at 9:45am on a Sunday and they said they didn’t open until 11am. The signs in the door state their hours are from 5am-8pm and online the late start is not noted anywhere.

Same experience after 50 minutes a dasher call me they have to cancel my order cause they have no food. Wth is this. I am mad at door dash big company now days and they let this happen We are a door dash customers they should take better action I called them and all they said was i am sorry they didn't have their tablet off business Unacceptable

The staff is horrible and unprofessional here. If I didn't know any better, I thought we were bothering them. The two employees were ride to everyone. There's a female employee who rolled her eyes as my family and I asked if they had cilantro. It was 2:00 pm in the afternoon and they were out of everything.The food itself can be good but the service is so bad that it's difficult to get past it. Recognizing that staffing can be hard, do better Laredo Taco and find people who at least want to work. This was so horrible.

As good as the food can be. When there is not flys landing on it. No matter how you order the find a way to nickel and dime. Extra charges. You can get a fajita with sour cream with no extra charge. But not an order of nachos. And don’t even think about adding cheese. And if you are not fluent in Spanish. They will play the I/they didn’t understand card. So why you not ask for assistance. Before putting a charge on a customers receipt,that is not what they ordered. Or explaining what they had done…
Food was ice cold, crispy pork was tough and chewy. Ridiculous they charge extra four sour cream and cheese for a $5 taco.

I do Ride share out to Dulles and have been for over 7 yrs. Today was my very first time coming into this location and seeing a fully stocked edible looking display. It’s usually very old and dry looking or it’s usually closing up. Closest pretty early. I gave 3 stars for the customer service the 2 ladies were nice. But took away the others stars because the taste was bland as ever. And you have to pay extra for everything. My 2for $7.50 ended up being $10.88 because I wanted cheese and sour cream. I finally get to try the tacos here and I just wasn’t impressed. (I got shrimp fajitas taco(Reg) added rice, sour cream , cheese..so much rice on taco..see pic)

Less than $5 for a good taco with plentiful fillings. Pleasant staff. Mostly clean establishment. Close to airport (near the rental car returns). Skip the overpriced airport terminal food and eat here.

I placed an order on DoorDash and 40 minutes after they received my order they had my Dasher call me and told me I had to cancel cause I had no food for my order. 10 out of 10 would not recommend
