Theres NO sign that says no dog permitted, i have a service dog and they made me take my dog out. Usually places HAVE signs that says if they’re permitted or not but since there is NO sign i proceeded to bring my service dogThe customer service was awful

April 16th 2024 , 6:20 pm . I visited the Sterling location to take adventage of the $6 calzone deal . I had to call in my order bc on the app I can’t modify my order ( we don’t like Ledo sauce in our calzones ) reason for why I called in an order for 5 calzones and 1 medium lite Ledo pizza . 1 of the calzones that I ordered I asked for no Onion and mushroom as it was going to be my 8 year old first time trying it and he requested no veggies … the other 4 calzones were all regular with no Ledo sauce . When I picked up my order the total didn’t add up to what I had in mind so I asked why was I paying more when the calzones were $6 .. he said the chicken and cheese calzone is regular price $9 plus and I said why if anything I’m saving you the onions and mushrooms. He said the well you’re going to have to take to corporate bc that’s the deal and I asked to speak to a manager , he said he was the manager . I told the guy I’ve worked at Ledo in the past ( Reston Va ) and I know he could of make a side note for the kitchen to know no veggies or as a manager honor it and give me an FYI for next time . I left the calzone and he didn’t care to take the time to remove vs taking the time to just honor a $6 calzone for me to take . I hope he enjoys eating or gives it away at least vs going in the trash . I will never go back to this location again . Maybe if I am around Reston I’ll visit that location instead . Very disappointed. I failed to get the so call managers name , he was a tall dark skinned long black hair guy .

Well they definitely got my order wrong. I was kind of surprised but they messed up both my sandwiches. And then I ordered an order of fries for $4 and literally it was 10 French fries. Definitely skimpin on the food. The only positive thing I saw was the pizza which was tasty but yet the rest of the food was overpriced and dull.

It's OK. Simply because they don't have a delivery service. 4 otherwise. So arrogant to think YOUR pizza is too good for delivery. Get over yourselves. Your costing your franchise operators thousands a month with your current " attitude".

I haven't had a pizza this good in a long time, I've noticed the pizza is better in Virginia than Los Angeles, was driving to cold stone creamery and saw this Ledo Pizza across the way, I thought I'd try it , I do not regret trying it, pizza felt fresh!!

I requested the feta cheese and tzatziki sauce to be on the side on my lunch pita....but lownand behold....second time I can here they put both in the pita sandwich. I can't eat alot or cheese products..thus I asked for the item on the side.. I wonder ? if this place gets secret shipped... Hmmm. #secretshopper #easyonthecheese
