Extremely bland food. W ehad all veggie dinner. Enchiladas had seemingly uncooked tortillas with some sauces spread over. Fajitas were so poorly seasoned that they felt like stir fried veggies. While ordering when I asked to make it spicy, they said they can't and can give jalapeños for which they charged money...and even that didn't work . Never seen a Mexican restaurant that can't make food spicy. Pathetic!

I recently dined at Los Toltecos in Dulles Town Center and had a noteworthy experience. The highlight of our meal was the molcajete texano, a generously portioned dish recommended by our waitress, which was delicious and ample enough to satisfy two or even three people. However, be prepared to order extra sides like tortillas, rice, and beans if sharing among a group. The restaurant offers reasonable prices and benefits from the ample parking available at the mall, making it easily accessible. On the downside, the service was a bit lacking; our waitress didn't check on us as often as we would have liked. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant, with the quality of the food standing out as a strong point.
We went for a late lunch / early dinner on a Sunday. Service was great - chips and salsa right away!! Everyone loved their dish - the good was extremely delicious!!
The appetizer sampler dish was a little lacking. Chicken wings on the sampler had a weird texture. I couldn't figure out if it was greasy or ... The main dish was awesome, not over the top, but tasted as expected for fare that has to accommodate for a mall demographic. All i can say is if you are looking for extra spicy, face burning salsa, then this restaurant may not be for you. Definaly loved the atmosphere. I thought the carved artsy chairs and booth benches were a good touch.Parking: Huge mall parking lot!!

I had solo lunch in between appointments and running errands ... I had the Toltecos Molcajete, and it was very tasty. The chips and salsa were just okay, TBH ... my server Juan was very nice. The decor is very colorful and the music wasn't too loud, which I definitely appreciated.

The food here is great. I want to make sure that is stated in my review. However, my past two orders, which were through DoorDash, were simply wrong. Items missing from part of the food, or the entire dish.Whether it's the restaurant making the mistakes directly, or the driver stealing food, the bottom line is this restaurant has a problem, and I as the customer am the one being impacted directly by it. Ultimately, this results in me saying that despite the food being good, I simply cannot do further business with this location.
