I'm giving Marco's five stars based on the fact that they are the ONLY pizza place in the zip code with a 'Detroit style' pizza PERIOD. Not only that they allow you to fully customize the pizza (see: meal) you want online without having to relay a bunch of complicated order details to a minimum wage (and overworked) employee (who's probably juggling more than a few jobs already). Their sauce is also packed full of flavor and MY GOD they have real pepperoni y'all, again, real pepperoni. As an option. To order. On anything. Five stars. My DM's stand open AT THE READY to fight anyone who doesn't agree that it's the best pizza option in sterling. Y'all need to stop dragging these places because they only covered 94.35% of your pizza in sauce, or because they won't let you order a one and a half topping pie for $7.00+tax

Marcos changed their online order system, which now no longer let's you add half toppings to an order. It also doesn't let you log into you old account. Web site directions state to create a new account after placing a guest order. When I try this the web site states the email is already in use. There is no contact information to troubleshoot this issue. Calling the store, the staff has no idea how to fix the issue or who I can reach out to. Looks like i lost my reward points and need to add all my order info every time i want to order. Guess I will order somewhere else.

I know pizza. The ingredients are fresh. The dough is baked perfectly. They don’t skim on the toppings. Every bite has a piece of pepperoni. I am really impressed, I am not sure if all Marco’s are this good, but this particular location is spitting out great pies.

The food can usually be good on a right day but today we put in a carry out order well before 10p and they close at 11p . we're heading out to go get it which is actually hard at night since it can be easily missed with no signage but they had started closing and locked up so they tossed our whole order that was paid for and just handed us leftovers like that was okay.. This is very disappointing and such a turn off especially since I was craving my order and that was my 4 yr olds dinner as well.. I won't have us going through that type of disrespect ever again

I agree the website has a $7.00 one topping pizza and the price was 15.99 but I will say I was surprised how great the pizza was full of flavor. Maybe a little greasy but that's me nick picking. The customer service was pretty standard a high and thanks you. I will defiantly come back again.

Pizza was Thiccc and Juicyyy ? ?We grew tired of the same old domino's and pizza hut so we decided to try something different and man oh man I'm so glad I did.I ordered the 'Magnifico' pizza and it was just that. Magnificent! Love pan pizza so we chose the "thick" and they were not kidding. Each slice was easily amounted to what felt like a pound of deliciousness and goodness. Normally I finish a pizza by myself but after two slices my hunger was demolished leaving me satisfied. ?Change up your usual pizza place and give Marcos a try! Definitely my new go to pizza place ? ?

I love Marco's!! Two standouts on their menu are their CinnaSquares and their Cheezybread. Both are delicious and consistently good! Often, there are only one or two employees late at night but they always manage to deliver quick and consistent service. Overall, definitely one of the better pizza chains in the DMV.

I just ordered Marcos in Sterling today and they have the worst customer service! They forgot to add the salad with the order. We do not live close so it's an inconvenience to go back. I called and let the guy know and he said, "You were supposed to grab a salad from the cooler". How would I have known that as a new customer?!!! I've never known pizza carry out where you grab your own food from coolers when you paid online outside of Little Caesars. Isn't it their responsibility to inform the new customer so they can make sure the order is complete? The guy was so nonchalant and didn't care at at all. I don't recommend. It's a newer business in the area and the staff is terrible. You would think the owner/manager would hire decent staff. They all look like random family members.
My brother who is a 30 yr resident of Sterling And said the pizza was amazingWe will definitely be going back to Marco's again and again they have hands down beat Domino's the last time we had from them tasted like cardboard Pizza Hut and Papa John's The first thing I noticed right away was the sauce , tasted the seasonings it was outstanding

Their pizzas hands-down number one but I get an email from them every day because I'm a member of their program and every time I go to order what's the deal of the day by the time I go to check out it's twice as much money whoever is managing their website is really destroying their business because the people that work there and the food they create is great but whoever's doing that website needs to be shot

Got food from here for the first time today. The staff was phenomenal! Makes you feel like family. The deluxe pizza made me feel cozy. The crust was soft on the inside and very nicely crispy on the outside. There was generous amount of toppings, but not too much to make the flavors too overwhelming. A good balance between the ratio of toppings and bread. Would definitely recommend to try out!
