Wasn’t as bad as most. Tables needed wiping and kitchen staff when they bring your purchase are not as courteous as some but this is McDonald’s. Definitely not what it used to be

No motorcycles in Drive-Thru?? I ordered on the app for Drive-Thru and was turned away because I was on a motorcycle. I asked why and was told I had to go inside. Employee was rude about it and talked down to me like I should have known I would be denied - I've never been rejected from a Drive-Thru before. Left my bike there to go inside to collect my order like I was told, and they forgot the fries. Absolute 0/10 experience. After looking on McDonald's website, it says they allow mopeds in their Drive-Thru.

You ever want to pay for food at a restaurant and have them mess it up every time? Then this is the place for you! They consistently mess up orders no matter what the receipt shows. Pay for a value meal, you’ll be lucky if you get the fries or the proper drink. Ask for no onions or tomatoes on a burger, obviously that means you want those to be Included. Buying extra sweet and sour sauce? They’ll happily take your money and never give you what you paid for. This

Was not able to make a special order at the touch screen. No employees would come to the front counter. I Walked the drive through with the cars because I was pulling a trailer that wouldn't make the turn. The drive through attendant told me that I couldn't ask for special sauce from the drive through. Told me that I had to come inside! My quarter pounder ended up being the driest hamburger I've ever had at a McDonald's. It doesn't really deserve three stars from my experience.Parking: Small parking area.

I bought a filet of fish, it was cold, the oil was not changing, it was like eating a piece of plastic. They should be more careful, they have terrible costumer services. I work at a totally different McDonald's. I know how they have to serve the food. They should be more careful.

I went to this location McDonalds with my dad, going through the drive-thru, when I ordered a McFlurry and some other items. The other food that I ordered wasn’t the issue, the problem originated in the Oreo McFlurry. When we were given the McFlurry, it was mostly empty, and looked almost dirty. I handed it back to the employee and told him that my McFlurry was empty and looked like it was eaten. The worker RUDELY asked me “Is this not what you ordered?” and I went no, somebody has clearly eaten this. He gave me a clearly annoyed and disgusted look, went back to the McFlurry machine, filled it up, and handed it back to me. Little did I know, he filled it up with no ice cream, but ONLY the Oreo crumbles. People, check your McFlurry before you drive away, because I didn’t find out about the Oreo crumbles until I got home. I hope that teenager gets an attitude check because I will NOT be going back to this location. The one in Reston near South Lakes, so much better.

Horrible experience. The customer service was nonexistent!!!!The manager did a lackluster performance and then tried to process an order he laughing and make Funny and an order which he just need to add a splash of caramel and charge to me. But he was unprofessional, my little girl feel embarrassed how he treat us.This location is too racist how they treat the guest and unprofessional ,The Service costumer is Horrible, (Their employees need lot's of training)

The staff didn't know what I was trying to say when ordering. The kiosks didn't dispense any receipts which at the time I had cash. The entire place just feels quite lazy in my opinion.

My wife went through the drive through to get breakfast and she asked for picante sauce with her breakfast burritos. The attendant was very rude and pretty much ignored her but she did get her sauce. When she got home we started eating and my wife noticed mold on the tortilla wrap. We stopped eating and threw it all out.

Absolutely concur with other reviews - this store should not represent the McDonalds chain - terrible food and service. Food (fish filet sandwich and small french fries were not fresh tasting and cold as if they were clearly leftovers from the lunch rush ( I got there at 1:00pm) and they also forgot my fries and luckily I checked my bag and saw they left them out as noted by other posters. Only live a few miles from the store and fries/filet of fish not edible threw out fries and ate halfl of the fish before doing the same. Quarter pounder was hot only because it was a special order. Not returning.
