I WENT TO McDonald’s on Sterling Blvd i was being rush to order at the drive-through intercom, then when i got to pay my food it was $17.59, they was messing up my order, once I receive my food, it was cold then I asked nicely. Can I have two more barbecue sauces with my 10 piece nuggets meal and my two cheeseburgers (2) and french fries (2) I ask to speak to a Manager, A woman named Julisa said I am the manager, So she rudely closed the window multiple times in my face to tell me I had to pay for two more barbecue sauces, and I ordered more than five items, so I told her I’m not paying for two more barbecue sauces, can I just get a refund please, she asked me for the food back and i gave it back to her and the drinks, she came back with my change which was $18 I don’t recommend going to this McDonald’s, The manager should be fired, I’m allowed to have at least four minimum barbecue sauces policy.

Idk what it is. I've never had good food at this place. I tried it for the first time in a while yesterday and couldn't even finish my food cause it smelled fricken rancid and certain parts didn't taste right. It's only this location that's like this.

Second time they got my order wrong at this location. I've only gotten food at this location 4 times. A 50% accuracy rate isn't very good. Everytime that I have came here, no one is here. They are never busy. But yet, they get my orders wrong. Too busy messing around, having a good time with each other than actually checking to see what the order is.
This Mcdonalds had no signs saying they were closed, allowed people to get to the line just to say they are closed and there is no way to get out of line without waiting. The staff very was rude about

I went to this place early morning on 25 December.The boy at the drive thru charged me for someone else order which was 35 dollars and my order was only 10.50 dollars and then he charged me 10.50 for my Order and when I asked for my refund receipt he refused to give the receipt and my refund never came back.Avoid this place .There service is horrible

Where are the squishmallows toys? We got 2 boxes with the squishmallow pictures all over the boxes, but no squishmallow toys inside the happy meals!!! Come one! You made my kids cry! Why do you advertise something that you don’t have?!!

The Folks working here KNOW your gonna eat McDonald's... and they DON'T CARE if you hate the Service. NEIGHBORHOOD Store so it's time to drive 3 miles further. Your order is often wrong. The fruits are Limp.. ask for no salt and you will be stared down for ASKING. Poor Quality in the QPC and ur Drink Cup will never Be filled entirely, but you WILL HAVE 2/3 CUP of Ice so there's that. So going here... they don't care about customers and it CHARLY SHOWS. Love McDonald's HATE this Store!!!Parking: Tiny tiny space
