Ordered our lunchand paid on the app, got a code, drive through said they didn’t have it, yet we had the receipt and code. Wouldn’t give us our food. Had to go in and raise a fuss with the manager who also kept saying they didn’t receive the order. Finally gave us our food! No customer service, apologies anything!! Worst experience ever!!

Drivethrough. A young lady with yellow hair put her 100% attention on her phone!!! Come on, what about the customer that is on the drivethough window. ( I personally would accept 5% customer service, not much, just show that you care a bit about your job)WoòhhhhooWThank you MCDONALD'S!!!

Lucky Charms

On January the 6th 2024 I placed an order at 5:00 a.m. for my wife and I. Part of my order included milkshakes but the milkshake machine doesn't run at that hour though I was grouchy at the time and I do apologize the older gentleman behind the counter took very good care of my wife and I. He refunded me for the shakes and gave us 2 cups for the fountain. I feel bad about being grumpy. This McDonald's is top notch.

I've picked up orders here while working for doordash multiple times and have also ordered food myself. They simply have some of the nicest and most decent workers around. When I've been dashing I've always been treated with respect and nicely greeted, and have even been given free items a good few times when I've had to wait for an order. This is such a rare treat as a delivery driver whose typically treated poorly at stores. As a customer they've always been great too. Can't speak higher of the people who work here, thank you!

place has gotten better. i love using the app and its ready for me. the workers are pretty nice. I get greeted and told have a good day :)

Before you put employees in front of a cash register you should make sure they can speak adequate English. They can't speak a word of English and you have them taking orders. They have never gotten my food right EVER. I always have to take it back and they have the nastiest attitude because they're wrong. They just threw my food together after they didn't make it right. And refused to give me fresh fries. I won't spend another penny here. I'll drive out of my way not to patronize this location.

This has got to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The food is never ready, they always have a line of cars waiting in two little spots a few feet ahead of the window. Fries often come cold. Glad it's turning into a shake shack

I have always loved this place and often stopped by for breakfast, but in the last couple of weeks something has changed: the hashbrowns are constantly dry and made with old oil. And they also began to use some other kind of coffee, not the kind they usually use at McDonald’s, but some kind of regular coffee, which is sometimes offered in cheap motels or gas stations.I hope the staff reads this review and makes changes for the better. Thank you
