Overall horrible place. Quality of salad was horrible. The quantity of salad was very small and when I asked I was told that it’s given in proportion to the food that is ordered!!! I told manager who said it is normal practice and if the server had given normal portions , he would yell at the server! Bizarre behavior of the manager, Alan. Avoid this Olive Garden.

Ordered Shrimp Scampi and I had 3 more witness.The server brought Chicken Scampi instead of Shrimp Scampi. OMG. Other than apologize, the server kept insisting that I ordered the Chicken Scampi. I had 3 more people with me..Asked for Tabasco, he said they do not have it and he brought the chili flakes.Salad had only Ice burg Lettuce in it. NOT much other stuff.The reason I went to Olive Garden today because Sweet water had a long wait.Never again!:(

Standard experience, except, we went in the evening and their bread sticks were stiff. Like, I get things might be winding down but come on. We like soft, warm bread sticks, not stale 2 day old bread sticks.

The wait staff was wonderful! We had a number of special requests/changes to our order and he patiently and gladly accommodated. The restaurant is clean. The breadsticks were hot and fresh. The portions are shareable sized if you get the dinner. The lunch portions are perfect!
Average Italian joint. Customer service is great though!! Place gets really busy and wait times are crazy!

Has shrimp scampi and the salad/breadsticks, it was a fair to good experience, food looked nice, wasent real hot, wasn't cold either right on the border, had a young man Santos as our server ,,he was very good and paid attention to everything we needed and then some, all in all it was ok, area is nice, it was palm Sunday so it was a tad busy. That's it guys ?
First time to OG and everything we ordered was spot on delicious ? loved the food and the service was great ! Would love to come back to have more Italian food.

All staff was friendly including the hostess, our server (Sarah) and manager who stopped by.Food was served in a timely manner. Not too long of a wait but not too close to appetizers. Our family loved all our meals.
