We had a large order and it came quickly with everything perfect. Our delivery driver, Monica, even made sure we had extra plates and napkins for the event. She was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the order. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a pizza on the app, and I arrived at the location 21 minutes later and it was still not ready, so I called the store and the Beta Cuckboy who answered the phone was giving me an attitude about it, no apology or nothing, like I didn’t have a reason to be frustrated, then he told me it would take 10-15 more minutes, so it takes 30- 35 minutes for one pizza? Avoid this Papa John’s at all costs!!

This is one of the least accessible Papa John's, and that is so unfortunate. The management and staff are so good at delivering a great customer experience. The service is top notch, and the pizza made to order is what I believe is the highlight of coming here. Hidden away of Shaw Road is the first Papa John's location and its part of the chain of franchises that distinguishes itself from other pizza shops. Serving up 12, 14, and 16" pizzas that set out apart from other chain stores. They have a variety that is suited to most tastes, and the process ensures you'll come back for more. The manager there is all about the customer receiving a good experience from the moment the order is made to the delivery of the product, and his staff is on board with delivering a good customer experience by ensuring each pizza is made to order with their enthusiasm and professionalism. I recommend anyone in the Sterling area to come in and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: Service with a smile that's the Papa John's way and the staff wears that badge of honor proudly.

This Papa Johns that serves Ashburn/Broadlands is awful. The scammers taking your order will say 30 min but plan for cold pizza delivered after 1.5 hours. And if you call to cancel, when you finally get through they hang up on you repeatedly. Papa John’s is the Worst managed pizza place!

After an hour waiting I called the store, manager told me the order was sent to someone else home by mistake and they were on the way to pick it up and deliver it back to me? So had I not called they would have given me food that was at who knows home, doing who knows what to it? I told the manager to cancel the order and he was dumbfounded, did he really think I would be ok with second hand food?

Every time i order from here my food is cold and wrong. At first i just thought it was an honest mistake but after the third time of ordering and getting the wrong order it is just the carelessness of the restaurant. After calling several times to speak with a manager i never received an answer. Because of the type of job I work i am unable to leave my job until the end of my shift so you can understand my frustration when i get no answer after calling several times and I’m unable to go to the physical store. I will never order from this location ever again!

Ordered delivery pizza and wings. Approximate time for delivery given was 50 minutes. The order took 2 hours and ended up being delivered by Doordash instead of Papa Johns, not in heat retaining carrier. Super cold and soggy food. That will be the last time I order from this place. I've ordered from many different Papa Johns across the country in 7 different states and this is the worst by far. I should have believed the other reviews I read, but took a chance.
