We tried once again to give this location another try. Well, they failed us once again.We order 2 piece White meat; breast & wing) They gave us a breast & thigh along with 6-Parmasan Garlic wings, which are mild, however, they gave us ghost pepper wing with the Garlic Parmasan on them. Theses were to spicy. This location has a really hard time getting orders correct.

For the past four or 5 visits our orders were wrong. Charged $35 dollars for a large box of 12 dark meat and a sandwich. We were made to wait an extra 10 min. Instead we got 1small box of 5 piece fried, 1 box of parm/ garlic sauce and fries. Unfortunately we did not find our until we got home and it felt like a hassle to go back. We will not be back.

The derive here is what’s lacking. If they served fresh chicken all would be well, however, they leave the food there until it’s barely warm and sell it. If you have a problem with it the manager gets an instant attitude. I called to say to discuss the food my son picked up from here and was told to bring it back with the receipt for a refund and we’re not cooking fresh chicken unless you buy 50-100 pcs.I won’t be going back.

Extremely greasy food. Wait long. Help was nice but entire visit was uneasy due to riffraff hanging out. One patron ordered, did not have enough $ but the counter attendant let him go to car to find more money (with a line of 3 people waiting). I will not return here.
