Hey there! I wanted to share with you my experience at the grand opening of a new fast food chain, and it was amazing! I felt so happy to be a part of such a historical moment. The food was absolutely delicious - they serve chicken fingers that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It reminded me of the Churches chicken I used to enjoy in the south, but even better! The service was incredibly fast, like lightning, and the atmosphere was so cheerful and friendly - it felt like a fun outdoor picnic festival where everyone was having a great time and showing lots of love.

Frankly, the only positive thing I can say about this place is the sauce and the staff of this place. I understand that they are busy but they need to double check the quality control of the food. The chicken is barely cooked through and way too oily, the fries are overcooked on one side and undercooked on the other (also, it is not seasoned well) & the fact that they need to charge every time I get lemonade is ludacris. But, outside of the negatives, there's a reason why this place is really crowded. The community is very supportive of this place. They just need to do better.

First tried Raising Cane’s in Vegas. Was skeptical for a place that only had chicken tenders on their menu, kid’s food! But hey, they perfected that one single item and why diversify. When I heard it was opening locally, waited for crowds to die down and did pickup order about 3 months post-grand opening, no wait. Same as I remembered. But on most recent last 2x visits, what happened? Shrinkflation! No longer 3 fingers thick of juicy poultry meat but now 2 fingers. My best-bang-for-your-buck pro tip was to order the tailgate party platter. Don’t bother with the other mediocre filler of bread and fries nor everyone ordering their individual platters. Pool your money together and just fill up on tenders only. Even if you were by yourself, leftovers used to be worth it. Throw in air fryer, keeps well, and you have several more meals. But now, with their thinner slivers, reheating just causes dryness hence loss of a star. Still, prefer it over Chick-fil-A salty-wakes-you-up-at-night-from-parchedness tenders. Return it 3-finger width!!!

This place is incredible and the food never disappoints. However, I saw an employee filling the coleslaw cups with his bare hands. That was absolutely disgusting to witness. Everyone else had on gloves. I hope this gets rectified immediately.

I stopped by today because so many people were in the drive through lane and I have never tried it. The food was good but a little pricey. I paid $7.00 for a kids meal.I was also surprised they do not have WiFi.

Checked out what the hype was all about and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, easy menu and food was really good, i had the chicken fingers which were really good, they are crispy but bor overbearing like kfcs, the texas toast if you love butter you will want to ask for more and my friend had the Sandwich which he claims tasted better than chick fill-as

I visited store because wanted to try out something new. At Canes there’s no COB only strips the tenderloin only and fries multi option in dipping sauce as well. The quality of cooking it was very poor, didn’t have any coating on it like they dip it one side of it and drop it in hot oil forgetting to cover chicken all way around. I personally didn’t like even the price was too high and I didn’t get really What I paid for it. I don’t recommend this place I would rather go cross street from there to Chick-fil-A.Thank you.Parking: It’s joined parking with chili’s restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Felt like the food would have been better if the place wasn't so busy. Got the fried tenders and fries. The breading on the chix fell off to easily. The fries were good and it came with Texas toast which was good. Would want to go again to try the chix sandwich but hopefully it won't be as

Not sure why I was asked to take a survey google must have shown me in the area lol. Word out in the area (Sterling Va) is that management treats employees poorly there so I don't go. Also, fast food places that have people stand outside in drive threw creep me out with oppressive capitalist nonsense vibes so in silent protest I avoid. My money won't matter, but it just feels good not to contribute to it with my peasant pennies.
