There is highly bad energy in this location. I read earlier comment that a manager was mistreating everyone. It might be still true. You can tell when you walking by the face, body language, and their interaction that no one in there is happy.

Phenomenal customer service! When the girl realized my mobile order was supposed to be a large instead of a medium, she immediately went to make another one (with a completely great attitude, despite the fact that it was almost closing time. First impressions are lasting ones. This place was extremely clean as well as smelled sooo good!!! The staff was Excellent! I wish there was one in West Virginia. So many healthy choices to choose from. I will definitely be coming back.

There are 3 Robeks in my area - this is hands down my favorite. Staff is great, my smoothie is consistently awesome, and it's a fast and easy in-and-out using the app. I'm there 2-3 times a week and nothing but positive vibes to share.

We ordered delivery, but it was still fresh and so refreshing. I loved that we could customize all the ingredients to our liking, and it was a big portion for the price we paid. It looks good and the handwriting was cute.

Shady company. Bad customer service. Multiple times I tried to use a gift card I was given, employees said gift card machine wasn't working and they couldn't check my balance or give me any details.

Last time I was here was Friday afternoon out with some friends, while we were waiting for our smoothies we realized that the older women, what seemed to be the managers of the place, being extremely rude to the younger workers. When we were ordering those same women were very rude to us, we understand Spanish and the type of comments they were making to their workers sounded extremely out of line, and honestly made us uncomfortable, as well as feeling bad for their coworkers. It’s sad to see older women making disrespectful comments amongst EACHOTHER about girls who seem significantly younger than them. Smoothies were great but customer service and overall conduct of some of the employees didn’t make such a great experience.

The employees at this store are disrespectful and have a nasty attitude to people they don’t like. I usually order the same smoothie with a different juice flavor and they have a problem doing that during happy hour. I was trying to understand how that affects them since I am only just switching flavors, not adding anything. They told me that I was not allowed to do that without giving me a valid reason, instead they would get mad and refused to give me the other juice. They act like they own the store and not willing to make customers feel satisfied and give me an angry attitude when I demanded the other juice.I am spanish and so are most of the employees that I have been having issues with, they treat their own people poorly and when white people specially man come there their attitude is kind and friendly, this is very sad to be treated badly by your own race.For my last order they started to make online orders that came after mine, I asked them to please make my order since it was next and it was taking so long and they refused and told me not to come back or go somewhere if I could not wait and they were going to do it in the time they wished.They lost me as a customer I will never come back there to spend my money.We all deserve respect I wish they have a camera so the owners see how they treat their clients. They never greet people, never smile and ask you not to come back if they don’t like you.Worst customer service ever

Walked up to the register and the lady just stared at me, no greeting, no "what would you like?" Not a word. So I asked if she was ready for my order and she says "of course I'm ready are you ready?" Lol ma'am it's 8 am I don't need to start my day with attitude from you .
