I just received my delivery and sarku japan didn’t prepare my dish , I was given a bunch of rice. And about 10 pieces of chicken and a Lil sauce, this is really ridiculous, I am pissed , give me what I paid

This place has gone downhill so fast. They give you half of what you would normally get. In fact, paying extra for double meat doesn't even give you what you would have gotten with their regular size. They even got rid of their Siracha. Stop being so cheap!

Asked for Shrimp Teriyaki. Guy who barely speaks English manning the register rings up a beef teriyaki instead and throws my receipt away. I made the mistake of going home before checking. Came back to request it be remade and the dude tells me I told him beef. I don't even eat beef why would I order it. Him and his buddy laugh in the back while talking smack in Spanish. Skimps me on my shrimp sizing too...felt like I was in prison commissary and not an established business in a mall

Standard mall food, especially if you're in a hurry. The food is hot and ready in 5 mins once your order. The taste is kinda uniform and bland but there aren't a whole lot of good options available I guess. The service is decent/fast and the quantity is ample, with the option to do double meat for $2 extra. Worth a try at least once although we've been eating this couple a times a year for the last ten years.
They don't give you what you pay for. Smaller containers, less food. It isn't the same anymore.

Did not provide all items for the order. When I called to get a credit for the missing items, they told me they won't issue credit for the missing items, and that I'd have to call some corporate "888" number. This corporate number never answers the phone.

Gave wrong order, and insisted that we made a mistake. Also didn't have hot tea that was on the menu. Food taste pretty good though.

Came here to explore, found this place that I used to love so I was excited. However this was disappointing. 1. They over charged me. I asked for chicken and beef, she could have billed me beef teriyaki ($8.69) + extra chicken ($1.99). But she billed me chicken teriyaki ($8.29) and double beef ($3.19) - cost extra! 2. Not enough food like how it used to be. 3. The food does not taste as good as before.
