I went to Siam Spice in Sterling for a post-closing day lunch with my mom and I loved it!! The ambiance of the restaurant was welcoming, and we were excited to try a variety of dishes. We ordered their crispy chicken wings, pad thai, and Thai basil fried rice. Since we opted for the lunch portions, we were delighted to receive two complimentary appetizers: veggie spring rolls and veggie dumplings. The entrees were nothing short of amazing. Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The appetizers were not bad but they weren't as good as the entrees. The veggie dumplings and spring rolls were crunchy on the outside, but the inside texture was a tad disappointing, feeling somewhat soggy or slimy. The standout dish for me was the Thai Basil Fried Rice. It was absolutely incredible, with the perfect balance of spices and fresh ingredients. It's a dish I would come back for time and time again. The service at Siam Spice was exceptional. The staff was sweet, super accommodating, and ensured we had a great dining experience. Based on the quality of the food and the warm hospitality, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine. I definitely want to come back and explore more of their menu!!9

We ordered drunken noodles - which did not have ANY SALT. It was bland and the noodles were not good. The second dish was Spicy Basil Chicken which was just OK. I mean the chicken was very hard to chew and it didn’t taste good.I mean I have tried several Thai restaurants here in Ashburn but I think this is the worst of all.And service charge added to the bill without asking us?? Lol ?

i tried this spot because it happens to be across the street from my job and i was craving boba and thai food! and i was not disappointed!! i got the lunch special for 12$ decent portion and very flavorful. i ordered the drunken noodles that came with an appetizer of your choice and i picked gzoa dumplings. and then a thai tea with boba which tasted very good!! definitely try this spot:)
Recently ordered Panang curry. Flavor was very good, but the sauce was the consistency of water. Not what I expected.

Great place to eat. Small typ. of a shopping center, but that does not affect at all the great time we had. All was clean, looked well organized. We were attended promptly and they showed eagerness to make our experience a good one. The food gets a 8.5/10 (very good) except the Curry; that is a 10, i would visit back no doubt and would enjoy the curry once again.Recommended all the way, this type of places deserve success to keep being there as a great option to eat out.
