Worst starbucks ever. No pumpkin for pumpkin latte. No cinnamon for cinnamon latte. Really? So basically you can't order what you want. Only what they want you to have. Skip it and go elsewhere. Pathetic at their prices too.

This Starbucks was CLEARLY THE WORST OUT OF ALL OF THE ONES IVE BEEN TO. Clearly the workers don't listen and gave me a double chocolate chip Frappuccino like I wanted BUT THEY DIDNT GET ME MY MINT SYURP AND ADDED UNNECCESARY CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE ON IT. My sibling said they didn't even tighten their cap on it showing that the workers clearly didn't even care enough to prioritize customer service.

I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks! The service was unbelievably slow and they managed to mess up my order. The terminal has a Dunkin Donuts which I haven't tried yet (I am a Starbucks guy) but I plan to go there next time I am at this terminal.

Update: I previously hated going to this Starbucks because the staff was more focused on the back counter than actual customers. I dreaded coming here because the orders would take so long because people in the back would gossip and talk so much that productivity would be slow.\ \ Today, I was actually impressed. They found someone who I can clearly understand and gets my orders. And actually have friendly customer service.

With a 6 hour layover, sleep-lagged from an 11 hour flight, I found solace in the tasty latte, the cheerful personnel, the good music, and the comfy chairs. Thank you Starbucks! You made my wait a pleasant experience.
