Worst Starbucks ever ,Slow staff, not fresh coffee.I had to wait almost 1 hour to get my coffee,And they even don’t scan my barcode to get my points.

The worse customer service ever. There is only one person that did not accept my gift card, he is so rude, no even try to explain and help me at all. It’s obvious they don’t care the customer or even sell. Never coming back to this location.

Bad and not bad at the same time. There cleaning station was kinda messy let not talk about the service. The drink was really nice and refreshing. I ordered a caramel macchiato. overall I think it's okay I guess?

Don’t come after 6:30pm, although there website says they close at 8pm they actually close earlier, wasted my time driving to the location.

They have a sign stating they'll redeem Starbucks app rewards but won't scan your phone to *earn* points from purchases. Very bizarre. The young lady taking my order was also very rude.

OK, let's be honest. This is not a real Starbucks. It has just fraction of the menu, not a lot of food options, and definitely not a lot of drink options. I am really disappointed in this one, and next time I will not go there. The service is not friendly, and they certainly don't take pride in cleaning their store. Definitely don't go here, go to real Starbucks, or better off buy an espresso machine and get a perfect coffee at home.

Very slow, came in one morning had to wait 45min , no one there at all , guy finally come from the back Empty handed thinking he went back to get some material , look like they had to wake him up , this place is always SLOW , so if your in a Hurry don't go th this Starbucks...
