I am a resident of Cascades, Sterling, VA, USA.I am a very loyal Starbucks customer. Newly renovated but with 5 employees too slow. True there is a drive in and kits centrally located but so are many other locations. Took 30 minutes for a tea and that is unacceptable. Management needs to change to be efficient.
