Never again. I could be hungry as a hostage and would rather do without before I’d ever step foot in here again. I was mirroring Busta Rhymes trying to get the order out of my mouth.. “what next.. what next.. hold on.” Incredibly rude. Also, if I’m paying for double meat or cheese it would be nice to actually get it. I asked for extra spinach on the veggie sandwich (what was put on there wasn’t a whole portion to begin with) and received two additional leaves. $32 for the equivalent of a loaf of wonder bread. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I ordered a black forest ham, not a veggie sandwich, anyway that's exactly what it tasted like because I could barely taste the ham on it. Stop being cheap and your review ratings may increase.

Bad customer service the lady from China had a bad attitude like she is not happy with her job and she wanted to prepare the sandwich her way and she didn't add any vegetables when I paid she just say "take it " .... Idk what she mean ....

As other people's reviews say, they are friendly to white people. The owner is Korean, and I am also Korean. Among the Koreans living around her, she is very famous as a very rude and ignorant owner. I wonder how they operate there. They need to close the business soon.

This is without a doubt "The Best" best Subway I've visited in all my travels. Food is always perfect. The service is a "10". During the day is when I stop by for lunch. The owners are always at the counter! Every day, she puts a smile on my face. Amazing how kind she is. I'm a "customer for life" at this location! I highly recommend you give it a try:)

The Asian woman who owns this franchise is a misery. She is consistently angry. Not only is she easily irritated but she goes out of her way to show you that you are irritating! AHAHAH! If the public irritates her as much as these reviews reflect, she shouldn't own a Subway. Luckily, there are other Subways nearby.

This is my favorite Subway! They are always so friendly, and the food is always spot on. The owners always update the decor in accordance with the franchise, so everything stays fresh and clean! The owners are always incredibly kind and they take good care of customers.

What a terrible attitude the owner has. Thursday evening, 6:00 P.M., no one in the store, and his customer service is just atrocious. I simply left after getting his snarky and lousy response to my order. I'd rather take my business anywhere that isn't this place. Truly pathetic.

One of the worst customer service I ever seen from a business owner.. wow!!When I asked the old Korean lady “ owner’ to add some tomatoes and banana papers on my sub she immediately start giving me looks, attitude!!!When I asked her very politely what really going on she keep telling me that subway is changing a lot!!!! Keep it to ur ingredients!!It weird that I eat in subway at least 3 times a week and I never experienced this ugly customer service .The white customer that was right behind me was served nicely with a smile ..Very bad experience
