I only go here for the Tuna. It's fresh and tasty. The Subway by my house NEVER has tuna.

I was visiting the Town Center Plaza for business and decided to pick-up a sandwich at the local Subway. I regret that decision. I went inside to find a young lady making several sandwiches so I waited until she acknowledged me, seeing she was working on three sandwiches. However, she exhibited such an attitude that I should have just walked out, but I felt it important you the public be aware of this Subway's lack of customer service. I asked a question about the meat, if it was capicola and she snapped back that it was ham. She goes on to ask in a belittling tone, "do you want it or not? " Again, I should of just left, but I didn't. I ended up purchasing the sandwich and leaving knowing I would never come to this location again. Maybe she was having an off day, but to be rude throughout the entire transaction left me wondering if she left in or out something in my sandwich, I mean she didn't even cut it in half, which if I'm not mistaken is how a sandwich is prepared. In any case, the experience was shockingly unpleasant and unprofessional. I won't recommend this location to anyone who asks where to get a quick sub. No way!

It had been a long time since going to Subway and I think the new sandwiches tasted pretty good. I tried the new Baja Steak and Jack sandwich this time and I was very impressed. I usually just go inside and order and have no issues. This time I did curbside pick up. Awful experience. I ended up just going inside and the people ordering from inside got their order first. I even waited outside following the instructions on the app to when my order would be ready. The employee was very kind and apologetic but with only one person staffed I can see why the delay. Quality of sandwich positive but like many businesses today having trouble with efficient service.

Subway is the most basic food shop and takes practically no effort, however the employee was so unacceptably slow it took nearly 40 minutes to get my sandwich when I was third in line, it was so bad that nearly everyone behind me in line left the store to go somewhere else, it would benefit this location greatly if they took the time to train their employees before allowing them to run the whole shop, unless the manager was asleep in the kitchen (I'm not sure) if you see any line don't bother, it will be slower than going to a sit down restaraunt.

NO MEAT AT ALL. that's is some club. employees don't give a s**** PLUS THEY CLOSE BEFORE CLOSING and won't come to the door.

So disappointed. Not only did they not provide a advertised discount, but they didn't have guacamole for my sandwich. Their solution ...."we will give you a a bag of chips". I am so disappointed that Subway couldn't fix something this simple. If you aren't going to give me the discount, don't advertise it. Where I come from, we call that fraud. Also, my daughters bread had spots of blue mold on it. So much for "baked fresh." That is not only gross, but against the law. I would avoid this place at all costs. It went right to the bottom. This the first time I went from five to one star.

The staff was very friendly and efficient and the prices were good. I had a six inch tuna and was a little disappointed. The bread was dry and the tuna was... meh? That familiar smell of freshly baked bread was missing when I walked in. That must have been a sign. Hopefully this was a one off, I’ll try again the next time I pass through.
