I am too disgusted to write this review yet also too disgusted not to. Take a drugged out strung out homeless man off the street, slap a subway hat on him and that’s who’s making your food (but not able to communicate because they’re too high).

Don't come here expecting any kind of customer service. The owner refused to provide a real name, no resolution to customer concerns and generally rude. Do not expect your online order to be correct and they refuse to remake it.You're much better off going to a different subway in the area.

Absolutely the worst subway ever just like the other one. I did an online order right after they opened hoping my food would be fresh and made CORRECTLY boy was i wrong!! I asked for a footlong BLT i received a rock hard 6inch instead mostly bacon no hardly any mayo or other custom items added .. bread was more than toasted it was actually so hard i could crumble it to chip dust.. and then my food was delivered in a carryout bag and not subway bag. The dude on the phone said the online order said 6in. Like where if you printed it out on paper and i did it online for a reason . I was so hesitant i should have went wit my gut and ordered somewhere else my order was almost $20 for a hard small portion sandwich. All the manager could say was he seen my ordered and made it the way he wanted hut he was" sorry"

They prioritize online orders. I was the only one there and had to wait for online orders. What a joke. Get your priorities right

Jamie or whatever her name is middle aged asian lady is terrible. While walking in needing to use the bathroom very bad with the intention of buying something anyways. I was stopped by her and was yelled at to “Get the F— out” because she claimed sense i was a teenager i was not buying anything. While that is strange this was followed by multiple dirty comments. i actually have a video of a little bit on the incident. i am hoping this gets its way around and to corporate. i will be contacting separately regarding this review. not usually do i ever write a review especially as a teenager. But this experience was terrible and she belongs at another job this is not the service i want at my local subway.

sunday may 28 2023 4 pm.staff not friendly. confusion and attitude while ordering sub. why attitude towards customers? there was no one else in the shop at the time. now i know why.

I went to order 10 minutes ago I ordered a salad and I wanted to order a sandwich and the guy was so arrogant and he served another customer who was behind me and he didn't want to finish my order and i left from there??

I was ordering a sandwich and the man behind the counter drops the knife that he was working with. Then decides to pick it up and continue to use it. I dont know what kind of training they are giving but he did not see anything wrong with what he was doing. It was disgusting. I don’t trust eating here

Got two footlongs on 7/1/2022. I was met with Robin and his brother. Despite being the only one in there right before the storm, they were fast and eager to help me. They were extremely friendly and not pushy at all. I hope to see them again!

Order # 9E993C8D-BD Aw man was the lady that made my order senseless and impertinent. If she can't understand English please put her in an English class before coming to make sandwiches for people she can't understand. I ordered online but forgot to put in special directions so I asked her in person before she finished to "put the meat and veggies in a separate bowl" this was hard for her to understand she kept saying Subway doesn't allow that, really because I have done that at many Subways before. She made the process more difficult than it needed to be, no one has time for her bs attitude.
