In all the years I've eaten here, never a complaint. Well, one time they didn't give me enough hot sauce at the drive thru 10 years ago. Oh wait, the breakfast burrito was disappointing. Too tiny.

This is one of the best Taco Bell's around, but i cant give them 5 stars because like almost every other Taco Bell even if you order extra ingredients (beef,cheese, and sour cream) on a Crunchwrap, it's still somehow half empty. I'll never be able to understand what happened to the Crunchwrap at Taco Bell. Aside from that, everything else is usually warm, has good portions, and is tasty. On top of that the employees follow special directions provided quite well which is great. If they didn't serve crunchwraps, they'd 100% get a 5 star review.

New Years Eve 8 PMDrive thru orderOrder Mexican Pizza and Taco Supreme combo, soft TacosLeft drive thru, 2 blocks away check the bag to make sure I got napkins, and realized they had given me crunchy Tacos. U-turned back to the drive thru, explained I was given crunchy Tacos instead of soft Tacos, they said come to window, I handed them back the crunchy Tacos, a guy in the kitchen said something to guy working the window, he said I could keep the crunchy Tacos if I wanted because they would be throwing them away. Then he handed me a bag with my two soft tacos.They were very fast.I was polite for both visits to the window. Thanked them, wished them Happy New YearAt home I discovered my 2 soft Tacos Supreme had only meat filling and soft tortilla, no lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or cheese.At this point I was home and too far away to make it worth a trip back to get the correct order.I cobbled together the ingredients from the Tacos to make the correct order - but it was a mess.Very disappointed in The BellCan't believe they served supposed Soft Taco Supremes with only 1 ingredient in themSMHManagers, is this acceptable service?

Live Mas? Nope, not here. More like Live Menos. I’d been ordering something with a modification for months. So like, at least once a week since the beginning of May when I moved into the area. This week, I was denied the modification. Period. They wouldn’t allow me to ask the manager for an exception, nothing. (The modification doesn’t cost TB money like I’m trying to get extra food for the same amount of money.) I’m a huge TB fan, but will not be a patron at this location anymore.

Honestly the food is good, I almost rarely have any issues with the food quality. My issue is more with the new crew or whatever has changed because they never seem to get my order right. I’ve had my order taken at the drive thru and it’s still wrong - I decided to do mobile order maybe it would be better and now I have an item missing! If it’s not one thing it’s another, always something wrong with the order. I only keep coming back for the food and because it’s close to home, but I recommended you check your food and bags before you leave to make sure you have your items!

I placed and order through drive thru, I had to repeat myself more than once for my order to be correct. Everything on the received is how I asked but the food was terrible. I requested everything steak I got charged for it, I got ground beef and chicken. I guess the kitchen people need glasses or get retrained. How is it possible to get a simple order wrong, taco supposed to steak crunchy is ground beef soft. WORST PLACE EVER
