Was so sad the entire summer All I wanted to try was the mango monsoon it was advertised on their mega poster. I went over five times since seeing the poster during the summer each time they proceeded to tell me they were out. Every single time. How ? And it was the same employees I kept seeing. I understand I could go to a different location but this is within walking distance of my home so it’s perfect for me. Then I went back to just get a sunrise sunset since they had removed the poster for mango monsoon and payed for extra mango in my smoothie and they gave me the regular one. I could tell cause the boy who was taking my order wasn’t even finished and the second employee is already blending my drink off to the side. It wasn’t until the end I asked for extra mango and my drink was already in the cup.

Bought a peanut butter paradise yesterday. The worst peanut paradise I Ever had from tropical smoothie, the drink was completely watered down,no taste at allllllll. Everybody can't make those drinks period!, will Never patronize that shop againAnd they were madddddd slow

We ended up having an issue with our order I messaged the restaurant via their website and the manager and the owner contacted me and went above and beyond to make it right. Their customer service is superior at this location and the staff is so hard working and kind they truly care about their customers. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Last visit was April 22 and while doing some work at close by Office Depot decided to try it again. Forgot it was going the opposite way to Ashburn otherwise I probably would have ordered from One Loudoun location but traffic wasn’t bad and I remembered it was close to Dunkin. Order ready on time. Seemed very clean. Some customers. Nice area to leave ordered drinks. Would recommend.

Walked in before 8:30pm on Friday. Google said it was open until 9pm. They said they were closed. Please update your hours.
Visiting a mall in Sterling, decided to check-out the Tropical Smoothis in Sterling and was surprised to find it so close to the Dunkin which we use a lot. Nice and orderly inside and very clean. Nice cubby with all orders neatly placed with accessories. Piad in advance and already there with options I ordered. Good to know for the future when I am in the area. DStaff seem friendly and hard at work with orders.

Online ordering said they are too busy and didn’t let me order, tried the phone and nobody picked up. When I went there in person 5 minutes later it wasn’t busy at all.

They used to be good idk what happened.... They can't seem to get peanut butter based smoothies right at all, just know it's going to be dominated by whatever else is apart of it My peanut butter based smoothie with strawberries added shouldn't taste like ice and strawberry
