My fiance and I have been ordering from here since they opened, multiple times a month. And the portions and service have gone completely down hill. The last three times I ordered they have completely forgotten one of the teams I ordered, and when I call they try to make me come BACK to get it. The portions are also terrible now. We end up getting nothing but sauce with barely any chicken or potatoes. The chicken lollipops also went from providing 6 of them, to now only 4. Very disappointing and they have lost our business.

Good Indian restaurant to have desi food. We went for lunch and tried their onion samosas for appetizer which were served raw with no chutney. Then we asked for some chutney on the side and it was very tasty. I liked the filling. For main course we had paneer biryani. We like spicy so we asked them to make it very spicy. Still it turned out to be less spicy for us. So from that i can suggest everyone who love Indian food but hesitates to eat due to spices so they all can try food there. It is actually nice and subtle flavorful. For drinks we ordered lime soda and asked them to make it sweet and salty and it was really very nice. I loved their mango lassi it wasn’t too sweet and felt like so natural as it was not made from concentrate. The best part of this place was that every thing was so reasonable. Worth the money. The quantity and quality was great. The staff were kind and gentle. The ambience is really nice and fresh. They serve vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Also they serve alcoholics drinks and cocktails too. You should try it once

Finally had some excellent Indian food in the area after a long time! We started the night with delicious Gobi Manchurian and Chicken 65, and followed it up with creamy Paneer Makhani paired with a basket of crisp naans. The main entree, dum biryani, was worth the wait. We wrapped up the evening with a plate of Chocolate Lava Cake.I was surprised that the place was packed on a Monday night! The lively atmosphere and modern decorations enhanced the vibe, and the service was decent during the dinner rush. I am impressed with the improvements that the new management has implemented. One suggestion I would make is to add a little more flavor to the dum biryani.I wanted to show off the VA Indian cuisine to our visiting relatives, and Biryani Grill stepped up to the plate and delivered a memorable night. I would highly recommend others to check it out. Can’t wait to go back!
I had a terrible takeout experience recently. I placed an order for dinner over the phone around 8 PM on a Saturday. When I asked how long it would take, they said 40-45 minutes, so I went ahead and placed my order. However, when I went to pick up my order at the specified time, I had to wait another 45 minutes to finally receive it. It was already 9:30 PM by the time I got my order, and to make matters worse, one of the items I ordered, chicken dum biryani, was out of stock, and they offered me boneless biryani instead. I had no other option but to accept and go home. By the time I arrived, my kid had already gone to bed. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had picking up food from a restaurant, and I have no intention of ordering from Biryani Grill again.

I called for chicken biryani, but they informed me it was unavailable. so, I ordered mutton biryani for takeout between 9:20-9:30 pm, with a promised 45-minute preparation time. Despite two follow-up calls, they repeatedly stated it wasn't ready. After 45 minutes, upon calling again, they disclosed they had run out. I advise against ordering from this establishment due to their lack of customer service. Save your time.

I with my friend ordered food which is promised to deliver n 30 min. Now it’s an hour and half still not ready. Every time we ask when it will be ready the time is increased by 15 min. One of the worst service I had ever seen. Taking customers for granted. Couple of times I had the worst experience with them. Never to order from them again.

The takeout experience was a bit disappointing, as the food didn't meet expectations. Despite requesting a mild or low spice level for the Biryani dish, it turned out to be spicier than anticipated, which disappointed both my guests and family. It would be helpful if the restaurant could clarify if certain dishes cannot be made mild or less spicy and suggest alternatives instead. On the positive side, the portion size was fair for the price. I liked the restaurant's interior ambiance when I went to pick up the order. It would have been better if I could have sampled smaller portions to gauge the spice levels before committing to a larger order.
