This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had at this Hardee’s. When I arrived home with the order I discovered that there was nothing in the bag that I ordered. I drove back to the store and they tried to give me the correct bag that had been sitting on a counter for 15 minutes. I told them that I wanted a fresh order and they acted like I was asking for a miracle. I waited at the window for ten minutes and they tried to hand me the same cold bag. The manager Ariel, was rude and tried to defend giving me the cold food. Her comment was that mistakes happen and what more did I want? This is the last time I will visit this Hardee’s . By the way, the food was cold and terrible and cost me $18.00.

Just want to say that I have never had a bad experience here and they always treat me like family. The general manager there is so sweet and helpful! You can tell these people really care about their job and their customers. They work really hard and do a great job.

0 rating... My order has been wrong the last 4 or 5 times I have been there.. I'd understand if the restaurant was packed, But there was no one there. I should have checked my order before I left, But I drove all the way home only to realize the food that I had ordered for myself. Wasn't even in the bag. I will not go back.. this is with breakfast and lunch

Considering I paid less than $6 for 2 sandwiches, the food was great. The woman serving the front was professional and kind.
The food was amazing. They were very busy. However, they did a great job getting the food out. The service was amazing and the restaurant was very clean.

I picked up a 8 piece box with biscuits today. I waited for it to finish cooking so it was fresh. But it tasted like the spicy chicken you serve on sandwiches. We usually love this chicken but it was nasty spicy tasting. I been getting chicken there for years never had a complaint til today. What did they do fry it in same grease as spicy chicken or at the same time?????

Great service by great young lady...seemed like she was handling the whole front of the store by herself... Food was a little slow but when you dont have enough help what do you do... She was totally cool and calm and greeted us with smiles... Thanks!!!
