Amazing food and service. The restaurant was very clean and tidy during my lunch visit. Both the drive-thru and dine-in were busy. However, my wait time was in a timely manner. The manager was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed...Parking: The outside of the restaurant is very clean. Often places go un-mantained, not this place.

Placed my order through the app. Pull up to the drive through and was told that that "they're closed due to short staffing" and get my money back in a few days. Seems to me like the town of Stuart, VA is short staffed ??‍♀️

If your lucky enough to get your order taken it will take a loooong time to get your food. And this is when they're not busy at all. Only person in line I'm it's been 20 minutes and still waiting for my meal.

Please avoid this plave at all costs. I just ordered 2 combo meals. They told us to pull up and they would bring it out. It has been 36 minutes and I finally wnet in and asked foe my food. The service here is non existent. I will never go back.

Shauntia I think is her name. She didn’t have a name tag on but my receipt says this. Gave the absolute most disgusting service I have ever experienced.I love this Wendy’s and drive out of my way for it. But licking my your fingers before handling food. Cursing in front of and rolling your eyes at customers. 6 people left the line that were almost next because of her. She does not want to be there. I am a business owner and would be shocked by the service if she was in my business. I don’t care if it’s Christmas Eve and you are short staffed. You have a job. Be grateful. We waited 30 minutes in line. She’s had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in the service industry. If you don’t fire her after today… you are wrong.

Always slow and the order is always wrong! Ordered on mobile app for pick up today, it was for this location and was paid for but when I got there, they didn’t have it. Probably gave my order to someone else. I have three kids that was looking forward to this tonight. I really appreciate it! Won’t be going back!

Wendy's is generally clean and has friendly staff. My wife and I generally stop here on the way up to the mountains. We enjoy the chili cheese fries, junior bacon, cheeseburgers and of course frosty.
