SAD! This used to be a great place for Ice Cream! Now, $11.30 for 2 small ice cream orders! I counted 7 people working or I should say 1 working while the other 6 didn’t do anything but act busy! People coming by after church, 4/28/24. If there is a manager at this location, you should watch your video between 12 and 1:15. I usually wouldn’t say anything but I think that’s what the problem is! No reasonable explanation for 7 people behind the counter while a dozen customers are waiting for there orders to be filled and only one person trying to fill’em! I’ve had weeks I would go by 3 to 4 times a week while working in that area for lunch or dinner. I won’t go back.

Yesterday was free ice cream cone day. The ice cream was almost melted . I watched them pull them from the refrigerator. It was horrible I understand it was free but still wasn’t expecting that . Very disappointing from this locationWe had ordered 4 for my familyThe Vanilla was perfect but the 3 chocolate we got was melted

Went in for treats after a competition. The blizzards were delicious.Having worked many years in service work, there was just too much goofing around among employees for my taste. It made getting our food take longer than it should have. The one who finally made our blizzards seemed to be the only one there to work. I wish I could give his name to recognize his work.

Teach your drive through guy to actually listen. Almost messed up my blizzard and then is too busy joking around about it and sends me home with nasty tea when I ordered dr pepper. Ridiculous on a Monday night when I'm the only one in the drive through.

Ordered 1 mini Reese’s Fluffernutter Blizzard and a medium Reese’s Blizzard. Pulled up to window, kid (maybe 16) barks out the total, grabs money out of my husband’s hand and hands back change. The mini comes out and I start in on it…..no marshmallow. Now, this marshmallow was $1.10 more. So I ask if this is the fluffernutter. Kid says “I don’t know I didn’t make it”. Then, out comes another mini, and the hubs says “one of these is supposed to be a medium”. This time kid rolls his eyes, turns around to someone behind him and “they said this is supposed to be medium”. I could go on about the banter between about 4 of us, but it was just a bunch of rude comments and eye rolling from inside. A young lady finally said they’d remake them, and kid says it’s another $3. Whatever happened to having respect for customers (fellow humans), and saying please and thank you? We ended up with 2 medium Blizzards, but I still don’t think I got the marshmallow!! This location needs some adult supervision!!Kid-friendliness: I know this is about customer-kid friendly, but the kids that work at this location aren’t friendly at all!!!

It is a good place if you're looking for something quick. I do have a complaint though and I've seen another review saying the same thing about the same person. There's a girl that works there that's really short, has glasses, and blonde hair. I believe her name is Kaylie or something. But the complaint I have is that I have seen her hitting a vaporizer pen of some sort while being in the kitchen. Like that is gross. No one wants someone's nasty vape being blown around all over their food. That is disgusting DQ. Get your stuff together and do something about you employees. If I see it happen again expect me not to eat there along with my family.

Stopped by this Dairy Queen after Volleyball games and was told by the cashier we had 4 minutes until they closed. That was her first statement to 7 customers instead of hi how can I help you. So we proceed to order and I order a cheeseburger and small drink and the cashier said would you like to make that a combo and I said no just the cheeseburger and small drink. They bring us our order which was packed to go and it was missing my cheeseburger so I go tell them and they said sorry the grill is closed . What???? Who owns this place and who is the manager because you all need lessons in customer service???I have never been treated this bad in any restaurant and I eat out frequently . If there was a negative button I would use it!
