Ordered online and picked it up. When I got home, the ham and bacon and cheese were missing from the sub and it was so loaded with onions that i had to deconstruct the entire sandwich which literally just left me with basically a tomato and mayonnaise sandwich . It was supposed to have been an all American...but nope. Also...having to tip a "sandwich artist" is ridiculous, and this needs to be removed from the app.

Help acted as if they didn't want to be there. No welcome or conversation. Just enough words to get a sandwich made. Bread seemed to be old. Very crusty and semi hard. Meat slicer on back counter with meats pre sliced and on sandwich line as always.

I came into your subway tonight & immediately was not impressed thanks to your employee Brittany. I witnessed her training or correcting Nate & the way she was with him was very unpleasant & rude. As a manager in a whole different setting but with fast food experience I understand it can be frustrating., but the way she was with Nate was extremely rude & unprofessional this is why good employees leave or places like this are short staffed.she ended up leaving the line without any word to her coworkers to go smoke. NATE & I'm sorry I did not catch the other ladies name they were great very welcoming & professional thank you for a good experience from you two. I came in about 7:15

Located close to the Post Office right on the main road in Stuarts Draft.I haven't been in this Subway for years and was pleasantly surprised!Everything looked super clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Using my phone prior to entering this location, I was prepared to order online and get a Buy One Get One for 50% off. However, I entered the store in hopes of simplifying the process. I was told that they could not give that online deal, but they had a 2-for-$12.99 deal. As that was even better, I said "Sounds good" and proceeded to order. Upon check-out it was asked for the full amount, and was told since I didn't have a coupon, that was the cost. This was the first time the word "coupon" was uttered, and why someone would mention a deal from a physical coupon is beyond me. I attempted to accommodate the situation by saying I could place the order online as I first intended, and at least get the BOGO50 deal I first asked about. My compromise was declined. This devolved into a small argument before I decided to walk out leaving the food behind. At no point was there an attempt to work with me at all. Zero "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding/confusion" of any kind. I'd say I hope the subs I left sitting on the counter went to someone who needed them, but I'd be just as happy if they were stuck where the sun don't shine.

Just left this Subway, ordered a Roastbeef sub, which was on the menu board.Was told that they weren’t available due to unavailability of roastbeef!I asked why was it not blocked off on the menu, the girl waiting on me started to explain, but a man who walked out from the back kitchen area started talking over her.He was practically yelling over her and very very rude.I had tried to tell him that I could get a roast beef sub a 2 other places in town and I thought that was strange.He kept yelling over me and again very Rude!!It turns out he is the owner of this franchise!I’ll be call or turning in my experience with him through the internet given on the receipt!!I will not be going back to this location!

This subway never disappoints you can clearly see that through quality control of breads, topping bar, and the order and cleanliness of the restaurant that they value their customers and needs of such. Located Broadmoore Plaza where there is plenty of parking!! I'd like to add the staff is always friendly and ready to serve.
