I think the place was really short staffed. We waited about 15 minutes to get our drinks. I think the server tried but I think she was overwhelmed. Food was fair but some of the dishes came out cold.

Been waiting an hour and haven't gotten our food or appetizers. Absolutely ridiculous ? never coming here again ? waited 30 mins for our drinks and our appetizers came out 10 mins after that. And now we still haven't gotten our food. Found plastic in the appetizer and they're cold.

My burger look like a shriveled up prune just three times bigger. It should have been flattened out and more lettuce, basically, it should look like the picture. They attempted to get me to order another burger and accommodate me. I just didn't want to take another chance and pay $15 for a cheeseburger that wasn't going to be appetizing. I should have took a picture on the plus side. They comped my ticket

This experience was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. The waiter's behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful towards the customers. Not only did she neglect her duties, such as providing updates on the food and refilling drinks, but she also exhibited a negative attitude and attempted to start an argument with a customer. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service reflects poorly on the establishment and its staff.

You know its ashame about this Applebees smak dab in the middle of the busiest part of south Suffolk tons of people and businesses and yet you have this disgusting should be leveled to the ground so called restaurant it's so nasty disgustingly dirty DONT LOOK UP AT THE CEILING OMG SAME WITH THE CARPET this place should be reported to the city under codes and compliance and once you see the waiter's you'll know what you can expect they could give a rats behind .

We asked for a military discount and they said the person who does it isn’t there. The service was really bad we was there for 2 hours waiting for our food when there was not even a lot of people in the restaurant. Just bad in general I recommend that you don’t come here ever.

We were seated right away. That was about the only good experience there. After sitting there 5 minutes our waitress came and took our order. We placed food and beverage order. My son ordered an alcoholic drink and I ordered an unsweetened tea. Our appetizer arrived before our drinks did. Then his drink showed and I still had to wait another 3 minutes to get my unsweetened tea. I asked for utensils from one lady and she said they didn't have any and asked if I wanted plastic. She didn't even look. I said I need something to eat my chicken Alfredo. She gave Mr 2 sets of plastic utensils. When out food finally arrived (and still no waitress to get a refill) my son asked the server for utensils and she grabbed them from the hostess station. The only thing good about my food was the chicken on top of the dried noodles that probably sat under a heat lamp and had no taste of sauce what so ever. The broccoli was super soggy. Very nasty. The only part I could stomach was my chicken. When I said something the waitress said corporate is watching them so she can't do anything about my food so disappointing. Will not be going back there and most definitely won't recommend anyone going there. So sad because normally my son and I love Applebee's.Update: I gave them another chance but went during lunch. I had a much better time this time. Selena our waitress was a delight and made sure our drinks were filled and food out in a timely manner. I even called for the manager over to let her know I had a much better experience this time. I may visit again for lunch.

We go here fairly frequently, and it used to be a decent experience. However in the past year it has gone downhill significantly. The food is often bland or undercooked, and the staff are inattentive at best and outright rude at other times. Since the last time we were here, someone decided it would be a brilliant idea to install a jukebox system so instead of a relaxing dinner in a quiet restaurant it randomly turns in into a LOUD dance club. We (and other customers) had to repeatedly ask the staff to turn it down. Their response was "It's policy" to let other customers (usually the drunk ones at the bar) play the music at whatever volume they want. So if you like mediocre food, rude staff, and your evening to be taken hostage by some drunk and their obnoxiously loud music, this is the place for you.

We were a party of 13. Called ahead. When we arrived the restaurant was practically empty still had to wait 20 min to be seated. The table was dirty when we did get seated. Drinks were mixed up. The wait staff was rude. Orders were wrong, food came out super slow and every person at our table couldn't even finish our food. Wait staff became billigerent with one in our group because she had ordered chicken broccoli alfredo and it came out with no chicken. She argued with her stating that they mixed it in. Refused to give discount because " she was allowing her to keep her food". Then she became rude with her when she was tryi g to get the situation resolved. The wait staff stated that she would take her drinks off but nothing for the food. When asked for the manager she stated she was the manager. Come to find out she wasnt. Supposedly she was a manager in training. We wont be returning.
