Ordered as second car in line. Was told there was no tea or lemonade. It was a little over an hour before closing, so no big deal. Waited 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food, then was finally able to pay for my order. I then proceeded to wait for another 10 minutes for my food. So, 20 minutes total in waiting for two roast beef sandwich combos. Get home to eat, and the fries were the only good thing in the meal. The roast beef was somehow burnt or just really, really dry. Wife couldn't eat hers, so threw most of it away. I powered through because I spent money on it. It was not great. Do not come here if within 2 hours of closing. I'm hoping that earlier it is better.

I have lived across the street from this location going on 3 years.. it’s very convenient to come here, however as long as I lived here their shake machine is always down. When I say always down I mean ALWAYS. I’ve never been able to order a milkshake. I’m beginning to think this location just doesn’t serve milkshakes that they advertise. It’s laughable at this point lol

Worst customer service I have ever had! I ordered food at 7:37pm on Nov 30th 2023. I had a total of 5 sandwiches that I ordered. When we went in, there was no one in the drive-thru and no one else in the restaurant. After 15 minutes of not getting our food, I went up to the counter to see what was taking so long. Our sandwiches were made and sitting on the tray without fries or au jus sauce for the French Dip. I asked once it was 23 minutes if our food was about ready. 4 minutes later she threw a couple of bags on the counter. She didn't say a word and walked off to play on her phone. We were missing 1 sandwich, an order of fries and au jus sauce. It took 27 minutes to deliver our food when we were the only customer there and it was wrong. When I told her it was wrong, she again didn't say a word to us and just stood there waiting on one person to make the food. I asked if we could get the au jus sauce because the other sandwiches were getting cold. She threw her phone down on the counter and started filling the cups with au jus and instead of giving them to us, she just sat them on the counter and waited for another 5 minutes until the sandwich was finally made that we now ordered over 30 minutes ago. Deshawna was who "helped" us and wouldn't say a word to us and wouldn't get off her phone for the majority of the time we were there. She should be fired for how disrespectful she was and the employees need to be trained on what customer service is. I will never go back to this Arby's again!

The food is good here, especially the Wagyu beef burger. The service was a little slow considering the place was completely empty except for us, but the staff was polite. We did a pickup order to go in the app and it took about 15 minutes to get our food. This is definitely a good place to go if you're not in a hurry and don't want to wait in a long line. The dining area was clean.

Normally, it's one of my favorite Arby's to visit overall. Food quality on my visit on the week of November 20th was disappointing. The meat in both beef and cheddar doubles I ordered was mushy. Never had this problem before, but the mushy texture is entirely unexpected for meat.
Drive thru room 20 mins. Brisket sandwich was missing bbq sauce, received wrong fries which were cold.Tried to go inside to get bbq sauce, people were eating inside, but all doors were locked. Had to go to the DT window for sauce and hot fries.Not sure we'll return to this establishment.

I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. They hardly had any cheese, no sauce at all, and the buns had burnt onions on them and no sauce in the bag. I ordered a drink and received no straw. My roommate also ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich with the same problem. HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!

Updated September 2023 the last couple times I've come here. The service has slipped but today really frustrated me. I ordered a simple order their chicken with fries. They asked me to pull up it took them about 10 minutes to get to Me and to see what was in my bag was awful.Barely any fries and all of my food was cold and seemed to be sitting I don't think I'll come back here againThis is a very convenient location. Easy to pull in and out of when you're trying to get a quick lunch.The milkshake machine is broken however, I'm not sure if it will ever get fixed at this point They do have a 2for7 special that has been going on for quite a while Arby's also offers a happy hour, which include lower price, fries, sliders, and drinksThere is ample sitting outside, and this location
