This location consistently has insufficient staff. You may wait 30-45 mins during lunch. They've instituted a new QR code only ordering model that is awful. For some reason they only give you 4-5 ice cubes with your drink. There's never any customers, likely because everyone has already had a poor experience and won't return. The lack of customers does not increase the speed of service.

The new method of ordering is terrible. Kept getting errors and on attempt number 3 went through. This location was on an uphill climb and I guess they peaked and downhill from there. Waitress we had the last time was quick and talkative which we liked. Definitely off the list of places to dine for quite sometime.

This place has gone downhill. Tables are always dirty, not enough people working. We just went in, stood there with no one else in line for a good 5 mins before we were noticed. We were then seated and left alone for 15 mins and decided to just leave. The store was not busy at all and they had 2 groups of people walk in and leave because the employees were in the back and not paying attention to anything up front.

Service was quick and the lady told me the new way of ordering in the location with my phone…which was pretty neat! I hope she doesn’t get overworked. All staff were cordial and professional, and I will come again if I’m in Suffolk again!

The worst experience my family has had at a restaurant. All of our food came out at different times. They weren’t even busy. Gave my children the wrong drinks. My niece got her food last. Took forever to get our food. And the whole order online thing is annoying. And the food wasn’t great. The wings were hard.

Worst service I have ever had. We walked in and had to find someone to seat us. The place was almost empty. Then the employees from the kitchen were having a huddle in the walkway cursing,shouting, and even using the n-word...no one cooking!! The food came out tasting microwaved and horribly seasoned. Asked for ranch and got blue cheese. One of our forks was dirty and instead of replacing it with a clean one, the waitress decided we needed plastic instead. When we asked for an entree replacement for bad taste, they said they'll charge us extra. If I could give this review Negative stars I would!! Do Not waste your money here. I paid $65 dollars on nothing but garbage that we didnt even eat. This is not my first time at B-dubs, but they represented the name horribly and i felt bad bringing a guest there.

So after several mins of waiting by the door to be seated we assumed that we had to sit ourselves. We went to the bar. The bartender saw us sit down at a table with menus and did not acknowledge us. After 15 mins of sitting there we decided just to to order takeout because nobody was coming to serve us. Then our takeout order took 20 minutes longer than the app told us. We had to flag multiple staff members to ask about our order because nobody was willing to acknowledge us still or would just go to the back and not return without giving us an answer.Worst buffalo wilds wings I've ever been too. The service was just garbage. Learned my lesson.

Came in here for an early dinner after work and couldn’t be more disappointed. The time was 3:45 . Upon arrival waited 10 minutes to be seated although there was no one ahead of me. Then waited another 15 minutes to have the server come to the table to only take my drink order. Waited 15 more minutes to have my food order taken and then 30 minutes to have it brought to my table. I believe there were 10 people all together in the restaurant. The wings were cold and not flavorful at all.The restaurant floors were dirty as well as many tables.This will be my last visit and advise to be very leery of dining here.

Do not recommend. The staff was INCREDIBLY rude to the extent the waitress made snide comments to me and all of my coworkers. Approximately 20 of us came and she could have made a ton in tips. A few decided not to eat between her rudeness and telling us she would not take our orders and said we had to use the QR code to order. This in itself is another issue. Forcing customers to order with a QR code and sign up with an email and give your CC info while not accepting cash is a problem! I will not be visiting this location again.

I went to this location for the first time ever and walking in on a Sunday. I was so surprised at how dead it was, 10 minutes later it was very clear why. You pretty much do everything your self. Ordering something that should come with a lime, ketchup, napkins, silverware, salt/ pepper, you have to ask for it, even tho it should come with it already. If you ask someone, oh no you are gonna be made to feel like you are asking too much. Then gaslighting on the spice on the wings you ordered. Then the 10 step process to pay on your own. Yeah I seen what I needed to see
