After waiting 10 minutes, being the only person in line, finally got to order. Didnt get a reciept. Waited another 12 minutes for someone to acknowledge me just so I could get a reciept. Get back to my food finally and its wrong. Back to waiting again. Another 10 minute wait to eat with the rest of my family. Oh wait, they are done.
I placed an order on the app so there wouldn’t be a long wait time, still waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. I wasn’t going to leave without my food given the fact that I already paid for my food. I got to the window and the employee didn’t even acknowledge me until at least 3 minutes later when “my order” was ready and even then he gave me my bag and drink and closed the window, literally no words through the entire transaction. Bless their hearts. The restaurant was filthy, the floor had a disgusting, slippery film across it, the bench seat had a texture, and the backs on the wood chairs where the people grab them are black. The food was limited due to the fryer being down. From what I could gather, they're short staffed. A customer had to yell to the back to get someone to the front to take orders. I recommend people go elsewhere until they sort themselves out.
