Worst BK ever! The staff is so ghetto. Service is ridiculous. Came to dine in, the floors were sticky and covered in ketchup. All of the tables still had left over food crumbs everywhere so there was no where to sit. There was no one in the drive thru & no customers inside. Stood there and waited awhile to order since they just wanted to do nothing. The burger was nasty, completely fell apart. The lettuce was old and everything was soggy. The employees who were off decided to come visit their co workers and block the entire register. A guy came in and tried to order but they ignored him so he left. A car leaving the drive thru checked her order near the door, it was wrong so she put her car in reverse waiting for help. They continued to ignore customers as they yaked. She had to pull her car all the way around the drive thru again for them to fix her order. Then they started complaining to each other about her order. Just do your job and u wouldn't have any issues with customers. This place really sucks!

Ordering ahead online is pointless. I ordered ahead and waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up. I still had to wait 15 minutes before getting my food.

We just sat at the drive through for 20 minutes, the guy kept saying "be with you in a minute". How can we have our food our way if we can't even get it. Close your doors or hire people.

Burger King cheesy tots is definitely a big hit. They are the best thing on the menu in my opinion. I recommend you order via app? It’s always accurate and fresh.

Good cold... Won't be going there any more. Ask for hot fries. Pull off and went back to the drive thru. Never again work to hard for my money to be buying cold fries?

Terrible service. After 20+ mins they didn't even attempt to make my food, I was the only one in takeout for 10 of those minutes. It was baffling, after being told to pull ahead and waiting 15 mins I entered the restaurant to speak with them, thinking they must of forgot about me. They didn't even attempt to give me service. I asked if they're going to make my food or give me a refund, the lady didn't respond, went to the registered and handed me a receipt. I had to ask does this mean your making it or refunding me and she said it's a refund and walked away.There were 5 employees present and 3 orders over 20+ mins so not busy.The nice older gentleman doing the cleaning apologized on their behalf for how useless they were. Credit to him he was doing his job.It was impressively bad and I'm almost impressed at they're level of idgaf.I'd hire the cleaner but won't be back to this bk.

We prefer coming to this location because of the consistent quality of the food and the service. Went there on a day when they were extremely understaffed. The manager and team members were fantastic and so courteous, given the number of customers.
