“the atmosphere here is really warm and southern. Ricky and his staff are very polite sweet country folk who get your food cooked in a timely fashion. great catering company as well. these hard working women even will get up at 4am to have wedding oartys ready by noon. Gotta give an their respect. the food is great too! had my 1st chuckwagon here. ribs, chicken, Mac and cheese, green beans, yams, mexican cheesecake, apple pie, mashed potaoes , potatoe salad, bbq sandwhichs, coleslaw and whatever deserts are on the special . drinks vary from your favorite pops to your favorite spirits.“

“Southside Va Catering catered our 185th Anniversary celebration luncheon @ GreatFork Baptist Church. The service was top-notch, the food was superb and plentiful for an event planned for 110 persons and the price was very reasonable for the full service catering job provided.. It's been several days now since the luncheon and I am still getting compliments and praise for the catering service and menu. “My mother and I dined here yesterday for lunch it's restaurant week and we decided to try somewhere new so glad we ended up here... The food... hospitality... everything was on point! I highly recommend you give this place a try! The 15 bean soup was amazing! My salmon salad was a great! My mom's ribs and pulled chicken very good! She loved the toast! I especially loved the coleslaw served with her meal...it was spicy and I love spicy!! Very good dessert cheesecake and this three course meal $20!! The hospitality top notch!!
