Want to unwind and impress your date ? This place offers some of the best views on the peninsula. The food is good quality but the service is monumental. There extra attenative , the Tiki bar has a pool . Boat dock for guest . The decor is awesome filled with Duck Hunting decor . Parking was super easy they provided valet service.

They stopped their weekend brunch. Was a favorite for that. It looked like others also do not care for that change as the place was empty at 12:30 on Saturday.

For such a nice location the food was terrible. The shrimp po boy wasn't good and the seafood pasta my wife got had sauce that was separating. It used to be better back when it first opened but not sure what's going on anymore.

Way too expensive for the not so great quality and portions of food. Good restaurant location, good service and friendly staff, nice interior but my husband and I left saying we’d never eat there again. This was my second and last time. the first time I had the Jambalaya pasta and it was okay (a little salty to me). This second time I started with the tuna bites which tasted weird (the waitress was nice enough to remove them from our bill). For entree, I had the scallops over succotash. The scallops were over-cooked and too charred, and left a burnt taste in my mouth. The succotash tasted like it came out of a $3 frozen vegetable steam bag. It is not at all how it’s pictured their website. My meal was $32. My husband got the decoys seafood combo and he only ate about half of it, saying the flounder had absolutely no flavor. His food meal was $42.

The food was good. The service was OK. My server stated to me that it was only her third day the person seating us could have been a little bit more respectful didn’t want to get a chair for my daughter to sit at the table. Because she wasn’t on the reservation. Call the next day because the restaurant charged my card twice and still have not received a refund. The manager keeps giving me the runaround. I have never experienced anything like this before. Hopefully everything works out, will pay cash next time.

Have been here a few times. Most recently, this past Sunday (all day happy hour). Really enjoyed the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. This time was just appetizers (chips and queso, fish bites, loaded fries) and drinks for a bit of relaxing time. Everything was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Eggs benedict only had one of the two eggs runny, and omelette that had four ingredients. One was supposed to be green onion and there was none. Food tasted okay but it was not what we expected for such a nice place.

I had the crab dip here years ago and was duly unimpressed… like, if you're a seafood restaurant, you should have crab dip nailed. Maybe it was an off day in the kitchen... nevertheless, I'm glad I gave this place another shot. My lunch this week was delightful and the staff was super pleasant. View has always been lovely here. Will come back.

Decoys is in a beautiful location with great views of Bennetts Creek. The staff was great on our visit. I don't want to come off as cheap or a snob, but the prices don't line up with the menu level. The food is good, but the price point is off. When you reach a certain point in pricing, you begin to expect a little more. I think the cooks and wait staff are executing properly, there just seems to be a managerial disconnect between the pricing and the caliber of what you get. The prices are just barely under The Kings Arms Tavern but the difference from menu to plated at the table is staggering.
